In this picture is number 1 the bracket which you bought online and the cabin filter is inside? So I have to cut this place and out in the filter and then pit it somehow back on.

And in the picture number 2 is the resistor(the electrical thingy) then I can see the condenser?

Here is a picture showing the cabin air filter location. Also right next to it is the resistor for the fan motor.

Please be very careful when spraying this in, the fan resistors operate very hot and can fracture from the sudden thermal shock of the cold spray, then you will be asking for a new resistor.

Yes indeed, thanks for pointing out. There are certain steps to follow to prevent any damage to the resistor. I've done this maybe 20 times or more over the course of ownership with no issue but procedure to follow is must.

Yes number one is the bracket. Number 2 is the resistor. The bracket area is actually sealed and you'll need to cut it. The resistor is held on by two screws that you can remove with a short philips screw driver.

Do take some precautions and follow this procedure.

1. Remove the screws and pull out the resistor. No need to disconnect the wiring clip.
2. You'll be able to see the ac evaporator in there. Ensure the blower is off. Put the pipe from the flamingo ac cleaner bottle inside and spray until you feel the whole evaporator is covered evenly. Some foam will find it's way out of the hole for the resistor but that is normal.
3. Now reinsert the resistor, and hold it there with your fingers to prevent any foam from flowing out and turn the blower to full speed (4th point).
4. This will force the foam through the ac evaporator. Keep the fan on for a minute or less.
5. Repeat steps 2 to 5 until the spray bottle is empty.
6. In the process you will notice that liquid is poruing out from the ac drain which is normal.
7. In the last session refit the ac resistor with screws and turn on the AC at 3rd point and then leave it running for atleast 10 minutes. What this does is help the evaporator to self clean with the water that condenses on it. The spray foam acts like a detergent and pulls quite a bit of dirt that flows out with the condensed water.

The reason for using blower full speed at 3rd step is to bypass the resistor. This way it does not experience any thermal shock when in contact with the foam.

Gear oil is kixx 75w85. It's hard to source 75w80 from market but suzuki dealers might have it however, it would be over priced.

Thank you brother. My brother went to dealership they neither changed coolant nor brake flush nor gearoil as they checked the car drove it and everything and said all is fine even more than fine and do not waste your money. We can do everything for you but it would be a waste. So when ai get there in Dezember INSHALLAH i will flush everything.

Regarding tyres,which size tyre you are using and how much psi?

Inneed new tyres and someone suggested 165/65 r14 which will also be good for alloys. What donyou suggest

Yes better to flush all fluids yourself. Flushing of the fluids Is done at recommended intervals to prevent any issues in the first place and not to wait until an issue has occurred.
I'm using 175/65 r13. PSI is 32 - 34 since I'm using original 13in rims.
Yes if you plan to change both then I think the soze you mentioned is fine. Even better if you get 175mm wide tires for better grip

Salam Brother. Hope you are doing well. Sorry to bother you again but for your suzukis maintaince like Tuning and flushing all the liquids etc where did you do this in Islamabad? Because MASHALLAH your car has been driven so much you ought to have a mechanic where you do this. If in a suzuki dealership could you tell me which one and where to location and if by chance you know someone there who worked on your car and knows the ins and outs of wagon r? Thank you brother and what donyou think about stp engine flush and liqui moly injector cleaner. Are these kind ofnstuff necessary. Why car is driven 90000km

I do most of the work myself. I've even reconditioned the calipers myself. But I do have a mechanic just incase the work is too cumbersome like removing subframe to get to steering rack, bearing replacement which required hydraulic press etc. His name is Nisar he is in G10 I&t center on the back side of nadra building.
You can very easily flush the brake fluid using gravity method or better using a flushing tool which you'll need to purchase or make on your own. I think Xulfiqar had shared some ideas on that in a post.
Engine flush is not neccessary intact a waste of money. All modern oils have detergents in them that clean any dirt/deposits. Just change the oil on time.
I've used liquimoly fuel system cleaner and injector cleaner. I didn't find much difference between the two but fuel system cleaner should be better to help maintain the fuel system. Best way to maintain the fuel system is to never let the tank go below 2 bars on the guage and refill with high octane, preferably attock pump once every 5 refills.
About tuning, I'll repeat again: There is no tuning required, period. Only timely maintenance.

Xilfiqar bhai the resistor shown in the pocture as marked number 2 should we take care of that or is there another one inside which could lead to problems? Does the Fan have another Resistor? Could you guide a little more please.

AOA. Bro from where did you get the caliper pin boots ? I need 4 boots.

Mine Left side drum brake adjuster also got slipped. Searched Sultan khoo, Saddar but did not find.

.Please let me know form where I can get that.

You'll have a very hard time finding this adjuster for the brake drum. A good machinist might be able to repair the teeth.
I got the slide pins boots from a shop in g10, Islamabad.

Thanks Bro. I did not find the break caliper pins boots but Up model GLI rubber boots sits firmly in caliper hub. For the read break adjuster, the teeth are so tiny that most of the Kharidiya did not find these to recreate. I got a one form Karachi. However now I figured out the break caliper hubs are faulty which caused the caliper pins to get stuck and breaking gets uneven when applied. The car bend to turns a side since the break catch is not uniform at both sides. It was repaired earlier but the mechanic had oversized it. Now need a new parts.

Check the brake caliper pins themselves if they are bent, thats why they get stuck.

And btw, the reason the boots rot off is using general purpose grease on the pins. It requires silicone grease.

Pindi/Islamabad markets are the worst even for basic parts. For one, the shopkeepers don't even know the names, and they have nothing of use in stock.

For comparison, here is how my father found brake anti rattle clips for my Khyber in Karachi.
