Local WagonR brake caliper rebuild kit and Brake Pad bracket/Shims

It was repaired earlier once, my bad luck that I got stuck some how at Usman Engineering Works I&T G7/1 - the workshop market behind Federal Urdu University, and the mechanic welded the slide pins with Copper ( which he should not due to its softness) and on top of it, that idiot had drilled the bracket for fitting the size rather grinding the pins to its size. The misaligned the line of slide-pins and brackets. He should had place the rings on it.

Mechanics had recommend to install Japanese break system at Pakistani Wagon-R which is an eventual end if I failed to find these brackets.

I am trying to source it form Karachi - may God help to find it.

Bro A shop in G7 khadda market have Wagon-R slide pin boots available. Boots are locally build with good rubber quality. I bought 4 of them but did not get chance to change them.

New Caliper assembly including bracket from Suzuki dealer ship would cost around 60K now You most likely will not get the brackets separately from those theives.
I'm not sure if the Japanese one will fit. Local Wagon R has ventilate from disks whereas the Japanes one does not. I'm not sure if this also impacts the dimensions of the bracket but I would guess that it does. Try searching chor gali, gawalmandi and mithu khan for Local wagaonR caliper from inusrance claimed cars that were totaled. One I found complete front end of local wagonR there from a otherwise totaled car. It's a long shot but it is what it is

Nice one bro! The other rubber shop is I mentioned is right next to what was previously Lila CNG in G10 I&T center. They have the exact same boots but just not labeled as WagonR. I've used these on the lower Pins of my WagonR for a year now and they are holding up

Just wanted to mention my experience with the Permatex Claiper pin grease. I know this is highly controversial and usually not recommended for slide pins as it is not silicone based.
It's been a year I think since I last serviced my calipers, 15000 km almost if not more. The caliper boots are not swollen, pins slide freely and no visible crack tears in the boots. Upper boots are original and lower pin boots are the local made aftermarket boots.
I'm not vouching for this Peratex grease but just sharing my experience so far because I'm just not finding the time to swap out the grease (Lazy).

The boots wont swell like you expect, what happens is that they rot by swelling and allow water to mix in (condensation due to themal difference)

If you have a small rubber donut on one pin it can swell and seize the pin too.

The permatex green and purple stuff is great for anti squeal and metal to metal instals like ancient Girling calipers which used wedges to keep the caliper in place instead of bolts.
