Yes its same in both cases.

Clockwise -> reduced fuel
Anticlockwise -> more fuel

Yes u can reduce it but not too much since too less fuel also causes bad mileage

i guess i'll just rotate it back 180 degrees where it was before, but when i rotated towards left, i felt if engine was running better thats why i left it there
atleast now i can experiment all by myself instead of facing turn off issue constantly or else pindi traffic is gonna kill me slowing down at each signal

i might as well go for the pipes since @xulfiqar already mentioned that u need the pipes not just for lpg but for cng as well so it'll be a good addition

btw when i was adjusting idle screw now at night time, i was feeling that kit area was all wet, since it was night time so couldnt see but i felt it wet dont know why which it wasnt all day when i had been experimenting wid it

r u moving back to cng? getting cylinder serviced or not? u can use cng directly as well though

I got cng today in one hour. No need for service lol and if you felt cng kit wet, was it cold too?

it was kind of wet, n cold well didnt noticed that being annoyed wid the rpm issue

And if engine was running the smoothest at one position, just reduce fuel by half turn of t-bolt

yup same rumbling like if i wasnt even moving the idle screw

engine wasnt really smooth at current position but got much better after turning it to left, half turn would be 90 degrees or 180, i think its 180, the half turn that i did, moving it a little bit to right n left wasnt helping at all btw y was it so damn hot

abi to mere experiments mein pta ni kiya avg ani hain
but if the setting keeps getting out that would mean the same thing as pick also gets reduced, i need to push more to pick more speed, had fun driving at 100 on kashmir highway going to g9 side one vitz was already pushing alot in early gears, crossed him too after reaching 100 haha

acha all day it wasnt cold because it was just parked but after dirivng it got wet, so maybe it is the freezing stuff maybe the pipes will solve the issue, khattak is asking alot so i guess sajjid cng it is

my daily running is gonna increase alot in coming days n cng isnt gonna last much because of 2 days so lpg in that sense is still better as its available easily n no lines too though i'll be close to no26 as well but still more running means it'll finish off early n rest of the days it'll be on petrol :-#

Yes in my case cng wiring unplugging and plugging fixed issues. He opened the plastic cap sitting over the head, inside there were wires and connectors. He disconnected cng wires and connected petrol ones directly. Later i asked him to put back on.

But yours mb a different case. You should have first got fixed this rpm dropping while u were on cng because lpg only creates more possibilities of what might be the actual problem

there was no rpm dropping issue on cng, that happened only once when i idled on ac for some 10min then idle rpm dropped to 0 after that for which i got the setting done again n i was good to go

Oh ok then i dont think u got problem in wiring emulator or advancer. Your best bet is water pipes for now

Settings should stay same, if u need to keep changing then kit, for some reason, is not regulating the fuel

as when u start car on cng, on cold start up even wid cng idle rpm drops but comes up on warming up, wid lpg it seems it is unable to warm up, lets see how it goes wid asim today

from so many days my petrol is on reserve lol n then it starts showing 2 bars n then again reserve, seems like its same thing the bikers do when their petrol finishes, now whenever car comes on incline or decline i guess then it starts showing petrol

khair even reserve holds some 5 litres atleast

Keep around at least 10-15 liters in tank to avoid fuel pump issues as you car is not driven on petrol.

I know, but in case of low fuel the fuel pump can run dry which may damage it. Toyota published a half paged ad for this issue in newspaper when they offered cng vehicles.

this rpm dropping has become a real pain n a great pain, i cancelled my trip to rwp today because of this

i moved the T bolt by half turn to right so it may use less fuel but it couldnt digest it so moved it back, after driving some 3km, i couldnt even start the car even after adjusting the idle screw so turned the T bolt more to left n then it started n stayed started though even now car keeps turning when slowed down esp at turns, signal etc
i dont think its issue of setting at all as i have tried all with T bolt n wid idle screw
every damn time i have to shift to N start n shift back to D that too on turns where i fear some1 is just gonna hit me

got petrol filled too so i can drive on that if its gonna keep happening like this, i'll go to that khattak maybe to ask what kind of setting he has done for me :mad:

n i guess either i'll have to get water pipes or just drive on petrol

i think if u fill more lpg then it starts giving issues, it never gave any of refills of 5 or 10kg but now i got 20kg so it has started to act weird

There are two steps for CNG settings: 1. Adjust the T-bolt for top speed. For this, you have to start the car, then accelerate it to around 4-5k RPM while adjusting the T-bolt to the optimum point where the car doesn't seem to be struggling. 2. After you're done with adjusting peak speed fuel adjustments, then you set the idle screw for starting purposes. While the car is idling, adjust the position to the point where the engine doesn't turn off. Messing around with idle speed screw alone won't produce any results. Regarding the mechanic settings getting disturbed the next day, the trouble seems to be that those settings are done when engine is hot/at operating temperature. In the morning, with cold engine, it requires bit more fuel supply till warming up. What you can do: If it seems to be struggling in the morning, just move the T-bolt slightly towards right and lock it at that position. Then start the car. If it starts and RPM seems high, then adjust the idle screw a little.
