I've Daihatsu Mira ES 2013. Eco Idle.
I want to know which is the best CVT Transmission Oil? On the stick it says Toyota CVT. But what's the full type of oil? Like FE etc. I don't know anything about CVT oils. Please help.

Car is currently at 83K KMs. I bought my car last year and haven't changed the gear oil. Kindly let me know. It is urgent. Thank you.

Transmission Oil For Daihatsu Mira ES

I have the manual for Daihatsu Mira ES 2013. It says I should use Amix CVT Fluid - DFE * 1 or DC. There is any chance of finding the transmission of oil of such brand which I think not. Please suggest me transmission oil equivalent to Amix CVT Fluid - DFE * 1 or DC that is locally available in Pakistan.

Sir I have bought Honda City 2016 Manual. First owner used to put 20w-50 engine oil. However I want to use OEM recommended engine oil 5w-30. Mileage of vehicle is 88000kms. Engine is in perfectly fine condition. Please advise what should I do.

Found this chart for Suzuki owners showing recommended grades from HKS. May help people to determine proper oil weights for their cars as recommended in Japan.

In my case, a DA17 Suzuki every R06A turbo..... 5w30 is the recommended grade.

Oil lube shop has been pouring 10w40 here, but next change I'm going to switch that out. However, still confused if 5w30 or 5w40 is better for Pakistan thanks to the hot weather. Websites say 40 weights are better for hot climates and busy/high revving engines.

My guess is, no one really knows and that it doesn't really matter. I'm going to try 5w30 next change and see how it goes

1st gear oil change is at 30k (the maintenance schedule was revised back in 2020)

no they dont 1.5 turbo Civic has DOHC VTEC 16 Valves Turbo charged engine while the othe two Cars have SOHC iVTEC 16 Valves Engine Naturally Apirated engine.
