at that time they did not have 0W20 so that is the reason they were only offering 10W40, same case with honda, before for city they were offering 10W30 then 5W30 and now 0W20.

Brother, it's not about time, in 4th February 2020 suzuki service bulletin, pak suzuki recommended 10w40, 15w40 and 20w40 for alto...

Got my first oil changed to 0W20 at 2600 kms. Engine noise has dropped and also pick has increased. I was getting 16.4km/ltr. Lets see what difference does this oil have on fuel average. Total cost with filter was PKR 4488.

Someone shifted from 10w40 to 0w20, correct grade
Then this happens...
Using same oil grade will not do wonders (as claimed buy EoW guy)

Yes, bro you didn't mention running hours, amsoil recommends 700 running hours for signature series
(1 year/25k miles/700 running hours)
One should calculate intervals accordingly
And regarding XL and OE series, 10k and 3k miles is not a big deal
I've no issue with this
You can run it upto recommended intervals
I hate false advertising, and this is what EoW is doing
Claiming 20k kms without letting the consumers know that they should keep track of running hours or time interval (1 year)
This needs to be stopped

I have heard about this oil and seen its branding on many racecars in LeMans F1 etc, it is also extensively used in Saudi Arabia, must be some good stuff

it normal to own a set of winter tyres in areas where it snows.

The owners dont dispose of them, but rather have the entire set (steel wheels and snow tires) sitting in their garage (in some towns repair shops keep them stacked for owners for a small fee who dont have storage facility of their own)

Only some cheetah Pakistani people try to roll on all season tires in snow - because "paisa bach rahe hain"

Its very funny to see them scream and yell at their own insurance companies when the adjuster comes and sees that they are rolling on all seasons in the dead of winter snow and denies any help/claims.

Plain and simple,follow car manufacturer,not oil marketers. For instance here is snap from honda vezel periodic maintenance chart,which states to change oil after 7500kms. Point to note is that Honda has already recommended synthetic oil for this car, but still recommends to change at 7500km. Our driving conditions here fall under category of harsh conditions. Those advocating for these long drain intervals, bring lab test reports. Liquimoly also no different.
