I think you don't have the updated information. Please visit Shell Pakistan's official website and see the details and you can get that oil from any authorized dealer of Shell Pakistan.

Shell ultra 5w40 is mostly out of stock n most of my Revo friends are using this as it's cheaper than imported also it's fully synthetic. My first choice is Shell Ultra 5w40.

So you mean to say that they are false advertising on their official website? I don't think so.
As far as I know, KIA Motors is also using the same oil under their brand KIA Fully Synthetic oil.
Maybe check with some other authorized dealership, because maybe it's short or out of stock right now as you're saying, but I'm sure that it is available.

If you closely look at the URL of the link that I shared, it's Shell.com.pk which is basically the Pakistani origin domain and hence all the relevant information on that website is about the things available (either in stock or out of stock) in Pakistan and not outside Pakistan.

By the way, if you're unable to find the oil that I mentioned, please get the KIA Fully Synthetic oil from any relevant dealership, it's basically the same thing under the KIA packaging and you can use it without any problem.

Sir actually i am finding oil for diesel Fortuner 1gd with oil reccomandation SAE 5W30 Api CF-4, CF or ACEA B1, B3, B4, B5 or JASO DL-0
So looking for suggestions and experiances which brand to choose and why

In my experience, Caltex Havoline ProDS Fully Synthetic 5w30 is very good oil. You can easily find it at any authorized dealership of Caltex across the country.
