If you can find toyota mtf lv, use that but very few dealerships would carry that, if not that use toyota manual transmission gear oil that too is available in 2 viscosities but they are overlapping and similar both are GL4, if you want you can also try liqui moly gl4+.
if you want cheap option use havoline mtf difficult to find in 1 litre, so youll likely buy 3 litre bottle and keep the left over, havoline mtf will give very smooth shifting like most MTFs
