Frndz jst installed the batteries with ups and set the charging current to some where 13A as on clamp meter current was fluctuating between 13 to 13.5 A
Now i think i should wait till full charging of batteries.one more thing the voltmeter attached on the ups is showing almost 190-200V however when i checked voltage with Dmm it showed 223.5V. Can some 1 plz explain why it is so or is there some thing fishy in ups?

Thanx for complement dear.yes i also discuss with my frbd.that blue one is the batt full adjustnent varoable but u have to rev it much more as compared to other variables.diff in voltage us normal.dmm is more reliable.u can adjust ups meter to accuracy but not necessary.as for as my knowledge is concerned, when batt is low, charging current is high and as it got charged, current goes on decreasing.so need not to adjust the current very much.batt full,batt adjustmebt is necessary.when batt is full,then full adj is done.do it with dmm(for voltage check)

Ok bro when battries will be near to full i will check the current .how and which voltage to be checked when battries are full?

check battery voltage. for this purpose of new batt adjustment, conect DMM with batteries. thori thori der baad voltage check krte rhein, jb voltage 26+ hon to current check kijie ga. battery charging wali jo display pe LEDs chalti hein (jo %age charging show krti hein) jab woh last wali(100% wali) flash kr rhi ho to us waqt curent 10A k qareeb adjust krein.baqi woh khud hi adjust ho jaye ga.voltage jb required hon to adjust kren.but remember,yeh bre sabr wala kaam hai.bar bar dekhna r variable ghmana prta hai.

With a good kit, when batteries are near full then current can go as low as 1-2 amps.

that is at the time of cut off. i m talking at the time when last LED starts flashing

To check the voltages of the battery i will connect the positive probe of the clamp meter with red wire of ups and negative probe of the clamp meter with black wire of ups?

N bro sabar sy hi karun ga coz is bar i baught the clamp meter just to tune the ups with correct settings.i also baught the pannel ammeter same as your zyrak bhai but it costed 350 rs .i will install it tomorow .

yes. digital meter mein agr ap ulta b probe lga dein ge to just -ve sign aye ga but voltage read kr le ga sahi.as for my experience, curent wali variable resistor ko nhi cherna prta,woh sahi hi hota hi.bs voltage adjusted kr lein full wale.

Main thori dair tak check karta hun voltage jub battery full ho gi n dn post karta hun .phr app batana is it fine or not.

Frnds tell me the function of all these variable resistors i.e that when n why to change these settings.
1. Main Low
2. Fix Volt
3. Over load setting
4. Battery low
5. Amp settings
6. Battery full

sir g main low: kitne voltage low hone pe ups on krna hai, wapda bnd krke.
fix volt: ap kitne voltage output chahte hein, normaly 230V k qareeb setting rkhi jati hai iski
overload:ap kitne load pe yani kitne watt pe ups off krna chahte hein.yeh ek trah se circuit breaker ka kam krta hai
batt low: battery low hone pe us k kitne volt pe ups off ho jaye
amp setting ka bta hi huka hon
battery full ka b discuss ho chuka hai.

apke pas kb se hai ups? agr pichle kuch **** se hai to most probably it all is preset.no need to set all these after attaching new batteries.just battery full adjust krte hein. woh b agr pehle sahi set ho to koi zarorat nhi hoti.overload set krne k lie apko known load daal k adjustment krna hogi, ghar mien shaid mushkil ho apko.

Output voltage under 250 is safe. I set mine to 245 with no load. Cause with load it further drops a little.

Alhamdulilah i succeed in setting my cutt off voltage to almost 28.4-28.5 as my clamp meters keeps on fluctuating the voltages.
All the credit goes to istiaq bhai,nasir bhai , most of all zyrak sir and rest of all members who helped me.
May Allah reward you all for all your help.
Now next task would be to set other parameters like output voltages etc.
I think that the bucks spent on clamp meter are now properly utilized.
1.Now the charging current which i set is almost 13.4 A which is reduced to almost 5.5 A with increase in battery charging.
2. ups cuts off the charging at 28.4 or 28.5 V.
3. In full charged condition the voltages at the battery terminals are 25.23V approximatly.
