Maintaining UPS/car batteries

Hi guys, I am facing a little issue with my ups since last week which happens occasionally.
Ups is desi with imran brother's fix volt kit.
When electricity goes it sometimes drops output voltage to 125 and I have to open it up and adjust fix volt variable to increase voltage. Again sometimes it keeps doing this while sometimes it stays fine.
I suspect fix volt variable is giving up. For now I have it it up to max and adjusted voltage by changing wire from transformer loop so it stays at 240v.
Sitll it went down to less than 200v couple of times and then automatically came back to normal.
Is it really variable problem or some other part is giving up?

hello guys, anyone selling premade battery water ???
last time i tried to prepare myself, but i cannot source out sulphuric acid in my city besides buying a full can of sulphuric acid.
i want to change the battery water in my 3 year old battery. its performance has drastically decreased and one cell compartment has now developed blackening of water.

I had replaced battery of my honda civic a year ago with phoenix 65. Its been a year and water level in battery is still full. Other batteries i have used Ags and Excide used to reduce water levels after 6 months.

Phoenix is best. I have been using it in UPS (4 different houses) and car for like last 6 years and never disappointed me. It can last 4 years even with electrolyte that is made with tap water. I also have been suggesting it to friends and no one has ever complained.

Go for Daewoo maintenance free battery of 38 ampere.
Model number will be DL-50 or DR-50

i m going to buy new battery for home.
the other option i have is i ask the battery shop that separately prepare the battery water from distilled one. because here in my city, everyone uses tap water to make battery solution.
i will call them soon.

Buy Tubular battery, they are deep cycle, specially designed for UPS and they are prefilled from factory so you dont have to buy electrolyte

Any recommendation for brand. So far I hear that Phoenix is good. Not sure if their Power cube Tubular batteries are as good as regular ones.
