I never kept any previous model Gli / Xli
Kept 2.od saloon Sr manual once and altis Cruisetronic Sr
So all three have totally different engines so can't compare in that regard
Yes have driven my friends previous xli a couple of times , this new one feels much better
Personally I think it's a perfect car for our daily drive even highway drive too , affordable price , excellent resale , brand new trouble free for 5 years atleast , great shape , spacious cabin , average features , economical with light foot , effortless drive as it is automatic , not sluggish at all decent pick and acceleration if you have to drive fast and reach somewhere not good for satisfying your ego you will most probably loose to many cars in a drag race with higher displacement engines and even to manual swift easily but you are not buying it for drag races are you ?
Shifting is nice no jerks at all
Road grip is good too
Engine tuning and rpm setting is quite nice too , 3 k rpm @ 120 km/h
Which is really nice for 1300 cc
Your second question
Yes definitely worth it
Go for it , in fact I would suggest don't overburden yourself by getting vti oriel prosmatec @ 26 plus or grande cvti for around 26 lacs too
Get Gli Auto and save your money for the next gen civic which will just beat everything in this price range
About audio player
It is ok
Player itself looks nice and better than aftermarket cheap players
Sound is decent not bad for a local stock car but civic has much better stock speakers n sound
Btw considering delivery time now
I think you can get civic just within a week or two
And altis manual base model within a week
Altis cvti within a month
Grande cvti 3 months and gli auto also 3 months which is too much wait now
