From where did you get the original android 8" unit ?

Bro got this from toyota dealership lahore. When i went to take delivery of my car on 22 jan one customer who was there to take his grande delivery was not happy bcoz of the navi due to no dvd drive:) i thought he was just saying but no intentions to change it with chinese navi with dvd player so he decided to remove it andi got it Alhumdulilah:). Allah ki karamnawazi hai i actually love this navi sysyem from day 1 when i used it in my cousins grande so Allah gave it to me else i was not ready to purchase any chinese navigation system.
Only back cam left which he didnt gave me by tomorrow ill get the cam also or if u friends suggest me a good quality back cam pls give info im in lahore. Talked to tracking world guy hope to find a good back cam from them suggestions required

How much is the tracking world guys giving it for? I suggest you just go to Mintgumri road and get the grande oem one its available there as i asked about those when i visited last month. The cheaper ones were around 1500 and that better quality one which according to those guys fits perfectly was for Rs 3k approx.

Neither of them are meant to be driven on Cng

Gli is a decent family sedan
Arguing and highlighting some safety features that it lacks would be a wise thing to do

About Swift
Speed is the only plus point of Swift

One has to look at many things before purchasing a car in which swift badly fails no offence

Plus even in speed comparison
Swift is fast no doubt about that
But apart from revving hard every time what happens if you put it in 4th gear and then floor it from 60 km/hr ??
Since i kept it for more than a year i know what i am talking about
Corolla 1.3 manual accelerates so smoothly and faster than swift if you floor it in 4th gear or 5th gear at and above 60 km/hr
You must rev swift hard in 2nd gear and 3rd gear to get all that power
It just dies in 4th gear

Yes bro i agree swift feels underpowered in higher gears,but ir you want to floor any car you have to put it in lesser gear to achieve maximum power,
And about 60 % of gli and xlis are driven in taxis and rent a car with cng kit installed and 40% is used as private cars,
While 1.6 and 1.8 engines can't perform better with cng and this time scene has been complety changed grande and 1.6 varriants are also selling like hot cakes as booking time is more than 3 months of both

Altis 1.6 is underpowered as compared to Grande and because of 20 year old 4 speed auto transmission which just kills the potential of 1.6 ltr dual vvti engine

Grande 1.8 is underpowered as compared to Corolla Altis 2.0 Ltr and Corolla S 2.4 ltr ..

Similarly Gli 1.3 is underpowered as compared to its higher end variants 1.6 and 1.8

But apart from that Gli 1.3 manual and auto both arent underpowered at all and more than enough for daily city driving infact for highways too
its not a race car
0 to 100 in 16 seconds is just fine for a car this big n heavy and with a small 1.3 ltr engine which saves you from massive WHT and registration charges gives you the same comfort you get in top of the line corolla variant and an outstanding same shape as grande n bla bla bla variant of Altis ..

This is for the 1st time that we have bought 1.3 Corolla variants
In past i had always kept top of the line variants of Corolla and always had huge losses at the time of resale
I joined pakwheels in 2007 and have kept / purchased 4 Civics and 5 Corollas after that
And i have learnt this
Both are good cars but in 1.8 ltr segment one should always buy a Civic and in 1.3 category one should always buy a corolla and not city !

I suggest you become more active than just pakwheels in pursuing your aim and start standing outside the Toyota dealership to inform every new car buyer entering there to book their new underpowered car. Plus also think something about the badly underpowered 70 cc motorbikes used by our general public. They are used by more than 2-3 adults at same time and 3-4 kids. Don't you think they should be given 200cc bikes in same price for such kinda heavy loads?

Pakwheels is enough to communicate the message to people and how can you compare your gli to a 70 cc bike ?. A gli is better than 70 cc that is for sure

this is an evo a powerful drag car not gli 1.3 which has a huge body with a underpower engine. It is worth to spend even a million on a Mitsubishi evo. Don't compare your gli with one of the worlds fastest cars.

Can u please tell the name of the shop from where we can get good remote security system like steel mate once pls mention shop and address so that u go and check the product physically as ur link shared shows pic but sometimes things are different in real. Thanks

I know , this happens with Altis owners most of the time because they get sandwitched so badly between Gli ( Best selling Pakistani Sedan ) and Civic ( Best locally assembled car and a legend in 1.8 ltr Category )
In more than 90 % of the cases its not Altis that is sandwitched badly , its the mentality of Altis owners that is being crushed
Because they dont want to enjoy their rides they just want to satisfy their ego ..
