Bro if you purchased these led light from dubai for 5040AED then it should have costed you more then 145000pkr coz you would have paid freight and custom duty on it as well.
I think if we import these lights from thailand then it would cost less.

I brought these lights along with my luggage. So I did not pay any freight or customs. Did not cost me anything other than the invoice price of 5040 aed

Didn't even take them out of their original packaging. Just got them wrapped at the airport. They stuck on a "fragile" sticker and i was good to go.

One of my friend also got these lights from Dubai for his cousins costed him 5300aed, i was shocked to hear this high price as i want these with RS body kit...i think m gonna spend on rims/tires and maybe engine mods [emoji14]

Yes they are expensive. Aftermarket ones would be a lot cheaper though.

Aftermarket are not good as original, the glare and the light cut make a lot difference. I had aftermarket headlight on lancer 2005-06 and it was worse than the original headlight, one of my bad investment on that car.

stock 1.5t does quarter mile in 14.9(in countries where 0-100 in 6.8 sec) - 15.2 (where 0-100 is 7.5 sec) at 86-89 mph. variance in performance across the globe creates confusion so I've searched C&D as their range of tests is more extensive and standardized than other autoblogs.

1. 0-60 mph (0-96.5 kph), a3: 6.5 sec, civic: 6.8 sec (civic being slower due to softer launch with cvt)
2. 0-100 mph (0-161 kph), a3: 18.7 sec, civic: 17.7 sec (which makes civic faster above 100, like I said, once in motion 1.5t pulls better
3. quarter mile, a3: 15.2 sec at 91mph, civic: 15.3 sec at 94 mph
4. top speed: a3: 129 mph, civic: 126 mph (both limiter controlled but I've read untamed Audi doing 256 on meter, 243 gps) no idea about civic.

these tests were in controlled conditions, in real world, German cars have better fuzzy logic programmed to adapt to differences in fuel, weather, road and other environmental variables so under adverse conditions (adverse = normal for Pakistan) a3 can outrun civic easily.

Yes A3 being a lil faster than civic 1.5T, you are saying 0-100mph for A3 is slower than civic is not making sense....A3 1.8T reached 0-200 in 27sec and civic 1.5T do in 32-35sec. Keep in mind the US A3 is not same as our A3 theres horsepower and gearbox difference also weight difference as well. We get 180hp A3 with 7 speed dsg and US A3 1.8T is 170hp with 6 speed dsg.

No sir , i dont know much about these chips , Hondata reflash is a really nice upgrade but unfortunately impossible for us as we will have to send our ECU there for proper setting
One of our member tried Racechip , but i dont find any difference in his car's performance and acceleration

About top speed .. well if I write any particular figure like for example I feel it can do 220 plus that would be wrong as I havent tried it .. but as I said this car is really fast and reaches 200 km/h in 32 to 35 seconds I dont know if there is any speed limiter or not , but if there is no limiter it can do 220 plus easily that is what I feel ..
Still looking for any good and safe track here in karachi so I can try the top speed ..

And are you drving it continously on HOBC ? and the figures you quoting were on normal fuel or HOBC. ??

Lol. Must've been a bad deal that. Yeah that is why I didn't go for cheaper aftermarket lights. For the fogs I ordered Philips Xtreme Vision Led bulb. It's around 5000k which a close match to the OEM led lights. Also going for complete interior led lights from exledusa.com. Check out their website

I'll keep the rims stock because the OEM 17s are wayyyyyy too expensive. I'll change tires, go for RS kit and led lights. As for the engine, you'll have to guide me on that. Let me know when there are any good options available for tuning. I'm definitely up for that

Used regular fuel only for 2 days after getting delivery used around 7 litres of regular fuel

But theres a new pump in phase 8 near khayabane qasim kabhi kabhi wahan mil jata hai and Total Gizri pe bhi month k starting mein hota hy hai 10th 12th tak so I try my best to keep the Tank Full jese hy milta hai top up keraleta hoon ..
And my running isnt that much , have driven it only 300 something so far

From where did u ordered philips xtreme led bulb, i saw turbo civic with hid on oem fogs but i prefer led bulb or halogen bulb as hid is too bright. I might keep stock rims as it will be use for home use as well, for engine tuning i m waiting for the unichip as they are still in testing phase on their 1.5T civic

I ordered them from Amazon UK. Had them delivered to a cousins address in UK. Someone will bring them over soon inshaAllah.

Around 9 to 11 within City with mixed driving style sometimes fast sometimes with light foot and sometimes with Eco mode
Always with light foot and econ mode around 12 after the break in period

How much does it cost ? Brandnew A3 is for 38 lacs but 1.2ltr variant ! Which model do you have ? 2013 ? How much will it cost if I import one ?

Even my running on A3 is 250-300km per month, i have filled one time at new pso pump at the phase 8 will go there again but they are not company operated like ittehad pso pump. Total Gizri got the best hobc if u compare with other total pump in dha
