Lol may be a good time to contact these guys if anyone is interested in buying any other MG models at discounted duty and taxes.
And come to think of it theyre not just bound to stick to the MG brand right? They can claim to ‘launch’ any brand. Only takes a couple of tweets it seems. Talk is cheap.

Apparently the Moronic Pakistani bussinessmen are unable to market,assemble and service 'China Maal'.

China is such a huge and diverse market for automobiles that we could have easily used it to develop our own. But Alas! 'nakal k liye bhi akal chahyeh'

Some information I gathered.

JW SEZ will start assembly of MG HS by June 2021.

They have hired senior people related to car industry.

They imported 30 units will be or already sold to the the close family and friends.

These CBU are for like marketing purpose , so that public get an interest after looking it on roads.

Afridi sahab invited famous personalities like cricketer at their facility to show off the vehicle , again for remarketing and social media influence.

Although dealership network is planned but as of now , nothing on ground.

ot sure where these CBU units will be serviced.

The group has aggressive as far as launching their but time will tell.

PKDM might not get all fancy stuff as seen on the CBU.

For now, another few months of wait is required.

Does anyone know if they've any plan? like there's no website, no plant that we know of yet (doubt the jw forland facility is capable of assembling these)

The pics seem to be from an Indus motors yard with all those Yaris's around, maybe they plan on renting some capacity from them until their plant is done?

All of a sudden social media is buzzing with MG, cheap Chinese knock off of Mazda beautifully placed along side Koreans. Basing their whole pitch on gimmicks, without much emphasis on engine, suspension and electronics.

Though the MG HS seems like a very good car (saw one personally 2 weeks back), the lack of a dealership network and a manufacturing plant makes one wonder whether they're actually serious on promoting the brand here.
