Visited MG capital today in islamabad
The sales rep said they are no issues with registration as 3 cars have been registered today in islamabad, and several have been registered before

March and February deliveries have been delayed slightly

They also assured me that I’ll receive my booking confirmation in a few weeks
May and June bookings will be confirmed soon

Saw the cars interior again today
Some members said that the dashboard buttons aren’t very high quality
I disagree, they felt very nice and solid to me

But I do agree about lower dashboard plastics
They are a little hollow feeling, but they will seldom be seen or touched

I am not sure how true it is and it needs confirmation that FBR is working on revising some duties in upcoming budget or earlier via SRO. The minimum declared price for 1300 to 1500cc will be around $13600. Again not an authentic news but someone shared with me.

sir the duty revision under consideration is for vehicles of upto 1500cc hybrid category. That too will be applicable for FY 2021 -2022 brand new CBU / used imports for b/l dated after the Notification.

The vehicle import under 3 schemes for Expats will remain unchanged with more strict terms for vehicle registration under consignee's name only,. Recommendation is on table to block such vehicle transfer for 2 years after registration.

800 (OMG) vehicles awaiting customs clearance at Karachi port are to be released as interim relief. The disputed amount of duties and will have to be deposited with Sindh High Court.

HS is being registered now a friend of mine got his registered three days ago from Islamabad
