shotgunning parts at a problem rarely fixes anything. Its best to find a proper diagnosis before tear down.

Update. I checked corolla Altis fan module. With the AC on it's changes speed I mean when the AC is on its runs at normal speed and after some time it increases its speed and then again after few seconds it go to full speed so the result is it changes speed accordingly,

but whenever I installed the new module in gallant I always checked it with AC on if it didn't runned high I mean full I changed it I didn't let it go for some time to see if it gradually changes its speed.

The corolla also has same module like structure but with one fan, and its fan never runs at one speed it changed like 5 settings but it depends what the temperature is. You really have to wait for the fan to run full speed and they never run full speed for long time just few seconds.

I think I will change the module and access it for like 10 minutes if it changes its speed.

As far as ECU is concerned if there is any problem there engine light or check should come on. It's always on in the cars who have even a little fault with the ECU readings.

the ecu wont light up a check light if its not able to send the correct PWM signal, just like no honda ever lights a check light when the AC command pin on the ECU blows out from a wiring short.

the ECU will light up if something is really wrong in the running of the engine, e.g. a disconnected or bad coolant temp sensor or bad MAF reading, or a dead cylinder causing the crank sensor signal to fluctuate, or a really off exhaust A/F sensor reading.

dont treat it like a desi teknissan or make toyota corolla a base point to understand a different brand. Understand the system and then proceed.

I am not making corolla the base. You said its fan is five speed so I checked corolla system today and saw 5 speed physically. But when I bought these Bilal Ganj module to change I just started the car and then after few seconds switched the AC to see if the fan went to high speed they did started but not high speed immediately after that I rulled that this module is not well as, then I recalled another 2 modules and did the same drill didn't saw where the temp needle is or how much pressure the AC is generating I just change it. I realized it today that it changes speed gradually when needed. Not like always on AC full speed. Before when I didn't knew the five speed apratus I always thought they will go to full speed like other cars on AC immediately. So if my check up with the new module was not right whynot check it properly this time.

Secondly the setup you are saying for the car no one has it in Lahore. No oscilloscope, no proper wiring system check. Even the DC amps meter was not available everywhere the ones who have it have a sudden judgement which included a high cash reward for them.

wow - my little shop in khi had oscope and a plethora of other weird tools I used, anyway - cant expect everyone to have them.

to test the module - you have to wait, the ecu doesnt immediately ramp up the speed because you pressed the A/C button, the system high pressure sensor sends its info the ECU which then sends a signal to the module to spin the fans faster. It happens gradually.

in some cases you wont ever be able to see the fans go full speed (e.g. bonnet open in night time while testing A/C in recirc mode)

let it do its thing, if you see the engine is overheating or the module is not controlling speed at all or is sticking then its bad (which it usually is as the module mitsubishi use is garbage) - why cant they do what mercedes benz used, a really good solid state module made by siemens and installed neatly in a place where no water splashes.

with a scan tool that can talk to mitsubishi (mister basheer), you can actually command the module to spin the fan speeds to full and back as one of the active tests (there are lots of them)

and you will be able to see what the ECU is seeing as coolant temperature and ac pressure and what is being commanded to the fan,

This current module sticks to one speed and doesn't change its variation It only worked low speed without AC and high speed with AC it doesn't change its variations. You know what low speed and high speed it delivers but it stay constantly it doesnt changes its variation only increases its speed when swtiching AC on. Otherwise always low speed even if it's heating up without AC. Only on AC it gets little faster.

I used a scan tool on this car and on radiator setup it showed check fans but only low speed was showing on the tab to test. And when performed the test fans runned for the test. The setup didn't showed options to changed it only showed errors if there any and if you want to test. Did run the full test and no errors were founds. Radiators fans were also checked but again on radiator setup page it showed radiator fan low speed check. I did this test before even knowing this problem to calibrate the whole ECU system to default when I bought this car, after seeing this heat issue I went there to see the radiator page to see whats showing there it only showed low speed test Just to let you know.

I took the car for computer check up and the results were that if there is any problem with the ECU or other sensors the fans will never turn on automatically, it's the module which is not working correctly it is not changing speed but sticking to only one. In AC it is not increasing speed as by default it was set to start the fan. Without AC it does start the fan but don't change speed. If there is any problem with the ECU PW singal it won't start at all. It's the module only problem. Fan motors are also ok.

As i said, in my experience with these, they are garbage scrap items.

Btw, the system is wired up as failsafe, meaning if the system goes offline while main relay from the power distro block is energized, the fans go full speed. (Because ecu holds the fans at 10% to keep them off)

Get a good module and swap it out, i would again advise to "see" how much amperage the fans are drawing, not just spin or "set aye jaan deyo, pakha goom riya see"

If by any chance the fans are drawing too much power, the module will fry

I said the same to the Electrition guy who was checking and he said that if it would kill the module or fry or even omelette why is not killing or frying this current one. It is functioning but not properly.

Secondly trust me DC amps meter is like finding gold mine here.

I think this has been answered right above by sir @Xulfiqar, the fan shall start to operate at maximum attainable speed if the module gets faulty (same like if made direct i.e., speed controller is bypassed with a jumper wire), this is a standing operating procedure observed with almost all the critical equipment whose failure can jeopardize safe operation of the car.
In your case it is now almost established that the speed controller module is faulty and you already have invested in another similar looking module, sir @Xulfiqar is trying to tell you that before connecting this new module you must confirm that the fan (excluding the module) is in good health. To check electrical health of the fan you should measure the current that it draws when operating at maximum speed. If, by chance, it is drawing more than normal current (at full speed) then there is great chance the fan shall damage the new speed controller module as well.

DC Ampere clamp meters are easily available in market with a starting price of around 3000 PKR.
Moreover, if there is splice joint in the wire leading to fan motor you can also use normal multimeter in series to measure current. Majority of these common use multimeters have the facility to measure upto 10A of AC/DC current in series with a built-in safety fuse.

These meter can measure up to 10 amps and yes wires need to be sliced. But if the fans are faulty they will draw more than 11 which won't show on the metre.
