uni-t meter can measure upto 200 amps and buy a clamp meter no need if slicing any wires

I said the same to the Electrition guy who was checking and he said that if it would kill the module or fry or even omelette why is not killing or frying this current one. It is functioning but not properly.

If you say that the module is not functioning (as you have proven in posts above) - this module is fried already.

not properly functioning = dead module - are you expecting the fans not to run at all to condemn it fried?

No I agree with you. I was just telling you his answers. I am arranging someone who has DC amp meter before installing new module. I got part which is whole setup with shroud, blades, motors and module. If I would get module I will get it from the same setup. The guy has agreed to sell separate parts. In order to get only module the wire need to be cut coming from motor my own personal idea is to get the whole piece.

I am not defending the mechanic I am just saying what he said.

Also Zulfiqar SB if I get this new piece do I need to change the condenser motor as well.

Ok that means module is faulty. Change it with Lancer one that's it.

If Its Bad..Again you need DC Amp Meter To Check Pulling Amps Of Motor Before Considering It Safe To Install New Module

Zulfiqar SB I have the amperage results.

Condensor motor was drawing last 11. It started at 9.50 ish and then started going up slowly and at 11 the most. But the amperage was constantly going up down but not in points.

The radiator fan the one which is connected to the module as a piece was drawing 12 at most. Again started at around 10.50 ish and then started going up slowly but at 12 it started going down and then up again like condensor but the most 12.

I have the pics as well to show.

I think the whole piece with module and motor is needed,
Now please give your verdict.

the ampere draw & variation is insanly high, remove the whole assembly it is now useless to waste time & money over it BOTH MOTORS are BAD thats why the module goes bad.

buy the whole assembly from scarpy he shall give you testing warranty for a day or 2

if single motor is available you can take your chances., based on experience i know scarpy's never remove & sale single motor from complete assembly. Keep fingers crossed.... !

The person who has it is allowing me to check them but at shop only. I do have an amps meter available to me for an hour or so. But don't know how to check them at his shop with amps meter I mean how should I run them to test.

He has agreed to sell whatever part I needed from the piece. But I think your idea is good to have the whole piece rather then tearing parts apart. The piece will fit bolt to bolt.

The condensor motor started at around 9.50ish on ignition and then upon starting the car it went up till 11. But at 11 it wasn't dropping to 10 it was just fluctuating the after point digits. See the pics

The radiator same story but reached atmost 12.
