@nnabeel what can I say you know how I am for these Mitsubishis..

saw a couple of power window cars but decided in favor of this one as the body and overall condition was rather better. Yes, the engine room needs to be seriously detailed.... But my priority is getting it sorted mechanically first! The work has almost finished and the car will be running tonight inshallah! i will share some detailed pics of the AC compressor the thing is huge, cools hell goo and is different than all of my other cars...

i will be sorting the wiring out and will remove the CNG!

Suspension overhaul for my Lancer 88 which is my daily driver for the past year was long over due. In my 10 years of ownership, I have never changed the front and rear shocks, the control arms etc etc ..

Rains are about to pour down and I needed to get it done fast...

Have changed the front shock, all bushings and boots replaced... All things cleaned up... Didn't click many pick because of dirty hands .. but. .

@nnabeel Bhai you always asked me the rear of my car was a bit to high than standard... Please check now... I have replaced the rear springs ..

It was about time I had the belts of the my Lancer 88 changed... Although they were just half way through the recommended usage... To be honest the car is old I want peace of mind hence I changed them..

One reason for changing the belts was the seeping oil throught the timing seal.. the seal was installed when the car was restored but was seeping for like a month and I didt had time to had it fixed... Oiled belts have to changed!

In the meanwhile my Lancer 94 was allahumdullilah running fine... No major issue at all... Until the car rufused to start on day... I changed the fuel pump, the filter, checked for ignition but it all was working... Fedup I called my usual go-to GGuy Abid uncle for help.. I just a minute after checking.. he said the fuel tank has water in... I was litey dumbfounded and for proof he drained all the fuel tank which was about 20ltrs full at the time.. almost 12 liters of water..

The carburey was in this state after the water fiasco...

Khair he then sorted the carburetor out took almost a day and since then it has been running fine ..

And now yesterday... While returning from office on university road a reflector did this...

i guess tyre makers are paying govt to put these on roads so that their tyres sell faster.

yes agreed. Totally ill literate even the world has become advance in everything so much, but our engineers cant make proper covers for main holes.
