for somethings money should not be an issue if it increases. i am looking for the best baked painter i can find since mine does not have this facility. Any of you who can suggest someone specially in Gulshan or F.B Area karachi side?

@nnabeel what do say? you painted your honda civic 80 with regular paint any specific reason. i have heard that there are some oven owners near Aisha Manzil Karachi. They Take a fulll repaird body, make Ground (shape + primer) for 5000, ask you to buy the whole paint Kit which includes everything (hardner, base etc..) which costs about 12000 and paint the car baked for 10000.

yes i did my honda with regular paint becuase i was short of budget at that time and i did my car half scrap i mean i didnt do a full scrap as most of the car was intact only wheel arches and fenders were rusted.

yar go for the bhatti paint its not expensive very little difference, ur car doesn't have a metallic paint so u dont have to fear that if ur car gets damaged so ur paint will not match.

it all depends how ur dentar works and hows the ground is done.
i have heard that aisha manzil bake painters are much better than the ones in gulshan 13 d.

Today's update. The car is in final denting stage the hole inside the boot were being covered / repaired today as well as some patching inside the cabin. CNG cylinder has been removed. And the painter has started dressing up the sides...

So it means u are not scrapping the whole car instead only the rusted areas?
what about the diggi portion and the roof etc?

please remove the front fenders and treat the inner sides with the rust treatment because after respraying the inner areas of front doors starts bubbles n gets rusted.

Moreover, please also take care of doors inner portion where the drain holes are present. Make sure that these holes are cleared so that they dont get rusted after paint job.

@nnabeel. Sir I am scraping the whole car... Just the rear end and the roof up till now has not been scrapped. But will be done soon as the denting is still in process. The front of the car has been scrapped. The fenders were not removed though I personally checked the area under the fenders are not rusted but still I got it washed properly and then applied anti corrosive under the fenders. Will upload pics of the underside soon..

Update! The work was haulted this week since I was busy with an exam I didn't want them to go completely unsupervised. I usually check them twice a day.. the work on the rear end started today as well as the painter is filling the area which require to be filled but I have asked him to put the thinnest later he can...

the left ones gap are incorrect, see the marking in the below image. compare it with the right side. the right side seems much better'

there is actually supposed to be a gap, the one on the right has no gap. But since this is something very old, i thought its best to let it be as such

That is why i asked you guys. There are some other gaps too i will upload the pictures today so you can guide me on the too. In the above pic the gap is different in upper and lower portions of the area?

your guy is using way way too much filler.

sorry I dont have the manual with me anymore - I had the original MMC books for these lancers and galants both. Dont know where they are right now.

The wiring is very easy though, just make a few self powered line testers with dollar marker empty shells and probe away.

Thats why I post here @Xulfiqar sb. The work is stopping for a couple of days due to my bad health but I will make sure to get all the excess filler removed.....
