My guy here who I get the parts from has got a huge supply of front fender indicators and back lights, a set goes for 7k, so just in case anyone wants NEW lights, let me know, I may be able to get a 500 discount on them too.

Hasan & Mohsin, the lights are silver casting. No plastic. Don't have pictures but can take them on my next visit to the guy.
Hasan, I can get them and also think I can get the discount for you & send them via TCS, if that suits you.

The best part about the lights is that the plastic lens is replaceable, unlike the original ones fitted on the Mutts ages ago.

No, the circular lens have been done away with the square-type cut. The best part is that incase a lens breaks you can replace it, unlike the original ones that have to be mended and glued back to fit.

i have all four silver casting with original plastic glass lens in my M151A2 Mutt, not like shown in above pictures it seems to be made by locally by local plastic glass

Yeah, but the original takeouts are for 12-14k a set & with condition unknown. These you can paint to your finish & wolah !

They are done up well & in a basic primar finish in OD green so that one can paint & finish it in the desired color. Not much work required in that.

Some pictures of the Mutt's day out at the VCCCP eid get together. I'm not liking the way it drove at all (drove it after a whole month or so). Maybe I've forgotten how it drives on the tarmac or there are some serious problems.

Got the seat installed at the back, a reverse fabrication of the M38A1 rear fender seat

I also need to strip it for a new paint job, but not unless i'm sure its running fine. For the 1st time I had 4 people sit in and with 2 men at the back, the front was swaying left and right whenever I corrected a left turn.
2ndly, I have black smoke coming out of the tail pipe (which used to through out water earlier) whenever I revv it up.

Spoke to my mechanic & was disappointed by his reply 'chal tto rahee hai na' .... he wasn't serious in the matter, maybe he had a bad eid .... shall check up on him today and take the Mutt on Saturday ........... I was very close to a conversion last night, as I have a 2C lying ready to be implanted in something ........

Moreover, i would strongly recommend you to not swap the motor into diesel... 1 - you'll always be fixing the engine foundations and mods....

2- you must have heard about increase in diesel price last night..

I would suggest a carb swap immediately with a super carry one... this black smoke is all because of poor carb...
