Gojra - Toba section is just about 22km patch and only carpeting was left on this. Don't know why they stopped the project. It's been 7 months since the opening of Faisalabad - Gojra section, so Gojra - Toba should have been completed by now fairly easily.

Dear Fellows,

From Gojra, no work is visible on this patch. However, AsianBank has given financial support for it but priorities have been changed by our GREAT GOVERNMENT. Extensive repair work on M2 while a new toll plaza on M3-M2 Interchange is in progress that is after contract renewal with FWO for next 10 years.

Please enjoy M4 which already cut the hazard for 70 KMs after Faisalabad. And remember, we are in PAKISTAN where LATENCY is our NATIONAL PRIDE.

REASON in my POINT of VIEW: PMLN is assured of their next term ruling so chances are they will open this patch in the end of their next term which is not less than 05-07 years and beat the drum like never before

Nowadays I am seeing very rapid progress and fast work at M9 (Karachi-Hyderabad) Motorway project. FWO is working great here.

As per the news, it will take 4 years to built this little piece of motorway i.e. Gojra-Shorkot.

Pleased to tell you that GOJRA-SHORKOT M4 is going to be inaugurated by Prime Minister today at 01:00 PM.
No any news found in media but I've been there early morning today and seen myself the security measurements and hussle bustle over there.
Development will be started over there. And it will be available for travelling in two years may be..
