Hi guyz, i,d like to share a small project with you guys all. Its a 1986 MR-2, I think one of the very few clean MR-2s in Pakistan. It all started two years back. The car has gone through two engine swaps 4AGE blacktop and then finally 3SGTE. The current mods are as follows.
- GEN2 3SGTE motor
- HKS 272 CAMS
- Valve spring and retainers
- 1000cc injectors
- Walbro 255lph fuel pump
- Custom made High flow 18mm top feed fuel rail
- Custom T3 tubular manifold
- GT3076r Ball bearing turbo with custom made exhaust housing for quick spool
- TIAL 38mm wastegate (open dump)
- 3.5" downpipe
- ACT 6 puck clutch and Pressure plate
- Fidenza ultralite Flywheel
- Power enterprise Kevelar T-belt
- Water to Air intercooler with ice tank
- Greddy E-manage ultimate with 3.5 bar map sensor
- Custom made patch harness
- SSQV blow off (china made offcourse)
- E-Boost controller controlled by e-manage ultimate
- 17" LENSO light weight wheels with Kumho ecsata 205/40R17
- Cusco LSD (came with the engine)
- Innovate LC1 kit
- ATS Rom tunned ECU (came with engine)
EDIT: REPLACED THE GEN2 AFM (L-JETRO) TYPE ECU TO GEN3 MAP sensor type ECU (D-JETRO)
Drives alot better now and is doing gud economy.
Alot more cant recall.
