I got it painted from Auto Solutions and i think it would be wise to take the car over there and get a quote. My estimate is around 40K

Bought original tail lights. Fender indicators. Rear Number plate lights. Weather strips. Front monogran and Original radio as well all shopping done from mardan.
engine was started 2 days ago. Sounds sweet and smooth
next is interior work and refitting by denter.

no pics for today as i was busy most of the time with bargaining and selection.

its heaven for old corollas. Just wear the national dress. Take some pathan bhai along and you will do best for your corolla. I will post some pictures tomorrow to give you a feel of things

fuel pump was not working, new not available what are options except bilal gunj?
my car was missing badly, got new plugs NGK, did tuning no solution. one day it stopped in middle road. got it checked, infact i thought there could be some problem with CNG. mechanic checked and told point urr gaya hai distributor ka. got it new. not smooth as it was before.
Using ZIC.
plz guide me in this regard. though its 74 thread but i can catch my saqib bhai anywhere

Your input and good wishes are very valuable for me. I have put my heart and soul (along with a lot of money:)) in this car and my friend who has actually supervised the whole project (and kep an eye on me as well :)) has done a great job with utmost hard work and dedication.

lets see how it all comes out.

What is your opinion about the paint work? i was in the booth myself with temperatures between 50-60 C and i think it came out well.

you can get an electric fuel pump (chinese or Kabli) depending on your choice. it works best with CNG

Thank you for your good wishes. I have followed this thread very closely but did not comment as you were doing everything right!!

The paint looks good quality workmanship, my only concern is that you should cover it with some old quilts or bubble wrap while working on the car. It is very easy to get a small scratch or even a big dent in a workshop where very few people feel for the car as you do.

I'm sure it will be a worthwhile investment of time and money, not to say anything about sentimental value.

I spent 1200 on a new cover as well and it usually is covered as you are saying. We fold it on the roof for taking pictures
And the people wrking on the car also know what it means and they show great care. Sounds starnage but they actually care a lot and refer to it as a benchmark effort they have made so far
