My New Duck Hunting Boat

I am doing duck shooting for last 10 years and had 3 boats for the same purpose.Although mine one was minimum 50hp & Maz 225Hp fiber glass speed boats.we use to do duck shooting while chasing the ducks sitting in center of the water reserve.
The capacity of engine u got is an out board 2 stroke Suzuki marine engine.That means u will make a hide inside the boat.For that u have use camouflage nets, cloth or even best camo is to use the natural leaves of the long grass (konder) found in wet lands.
Fix four small poles at corners of the boat, cover it with camo net or cloth, make cover in such a way that guns can be moved easily through the hides, Duck hunting on boats is dangerous, always wear life jackets while boating as once big flock of mallards come, panic & thrill can lead to an accident.

Yeh chezz.. now that is something i wana see..
@offroad you are rite about the outboard thingy .. mine has a flat floor to make it more stable as i prefer to make a hide over the boat n shoot.. but i bet chasing the ducks would be far more thrilling with that nice machine u got ..
now a days ducks are bit more educated .. by placing the net or some camo cloth would look artificial . n that sarkhandey / khaney every time i have to make arrangement for that .. i m looking fwd for something artificial yet close to nature .. any other suggestions asap as we have only few more weeks left and i have lods of stuff to do ...

Can you please share from where you purchased that boat? the Cobra speed boat parked very next to your boat having a Jhonson engine is it for sale?
If it is how much is the asking price?
Which type of engine it got (in board or out board)?
Whats the power of the engine?
And whats the over condition percentage?

And regarding your question yes its 100 percent thrilling to shoot mallards trying to take a flight and shooting it with a shot gun sitting in the nose of a 225 HP V-6 Yamaha speed boat but brother now a days this thrill costs Rs:6000 an hour due to high fuel prices.
So having a 15 HP flat bed hide is a wise decision
And while slower on water means less fuel & more chances to shoot ducks as they are not scared from that floating hide with a very low noise .
One of our friend in group got a zolo inflatable boat with a 15 HP Yamaha engine.Initial we use that boat for retrieving the shooted ducks only from deep water but than he started using from deep water hunting.Believe you me after burning 3 tanks of petrol which costs about Rs:18000/- we (2 guns) shot only 44 ducks from Yamaha 225 Hp speed boat & the guy on the slow zolo boat scores 64 with one gun only.And he burns only 9 liters of fuel
So result is in front of you..its similar like that some one is using hummer to kill rabbits & the wise guy is using the Suzuki sj-410...and the Suzuki wala shot more rabbits in less fuel
But we use our speed boats for water sports, duck shooting on speed boat is occasional for us and we go 6 to 8 times in season...our prime use of the speed boat is following..ski, para sale & water sports...
