First thing first do so in warranty.
Secondly it it's ok below 5k rpm and only rattles at 5k or above rpm and has no power then i suspect to check tappets. Chinese bikes tappets screws get loose automatically.
I very rare case it might be timing issue. Which is unlikely with good timing chain. It happens with loose timing chain.
Check for any leaks between carb and pipe, and carb pipe and cylinder head.
Record at least a clear audio and share.
