Wow connection might have gone loose. It higher beam filament in bulb might have fused.

Sounds normal. Adjust tappets and ensure no leak before and after the pipe they connect carb to engine and air filter.

Check of oil flow is good to head by removing that inlet tappat cover and slowly rev the bike. Oil taiz dhar ma ana chahia. If ok nothing to worry. Just use good engine oil. Try some semi synthetic 20w50 oil.

Check for any loose nuts esp head nuts.

such problems can disappoint but hope for the good time ahead and try to solve the issue replace the bulb.try to enjoy the what is enjoyable in bike its style. regarding fuel gauge issue you should raise this case strongly with company and attempt to claim the meter in warranty

its difficult to judge in video but i don't hear any abnormal when you were reviving engine it was just sound of tappets.

So i got the tappetts adjusted, all the nuts and bolts tightened, refueled with shell v power but the hard knocking is still there ... Now the only thing left to check is the carburetor jane .... Ill replace the carburetor jane and then let you guys know.

@asjdsm good complement but i personally will say if want to use 20w50 then go for mineral.
bcz 1st thing synthetic 20w50 is hard to find.
2nd for synthetic 10w40 is good recommendation than 20w50.

Yes check that.
Can you make a mother video of it idling leave camera steady and do not give race. Record idle sound for 20-30 seconds then record for 10 seconds at Slight race. The let it idle for another 10 seconds.

I have fill the engine oil GTX immediately.
And fill the petrol tank.
Bike is now 38 km

I start using this bike very carefully as I know new bikes takes some time to adjust. So I don't start experiments in start. As soon as I purchase the bike I immediately fill the engine oil. despite assurance from the dealer that co fill the full oil.and I found it very less amount of cheap quality oil in it.anyway I fill gtx.I fill the complete tank with petrol to avoid stuck up of petrol remainder in Carborator.
I m running this bike at speed of 20 to30. Never try speeding .on double with heavy person jumps excel create a weird noise. I take bike to my mechanic and ask him to oil the chain jumps and excel.
He did it now sound reduces very much. my mechanic advise me to remove excel and Greece it in warranty but I refuse to open the bike.because I m not in hurry.I understand new bike will take some time to adjust.

Ride is very comfortable for me as I m using 70 Cc previously. Headlight beam petrol gauge is working good. Alhamdullilah ...breaking is good.

I am also facing criticism. But I stick to my decision.

Just ignore nonsense people comments for your purchase no need to answer to such questions

you should drain the first oil at 200km than 2nd 600 3rd 1000km. you are riding very carefully but you
can take the bike to 50km/h.

the noise yes it can be because of center axle. no need to pull it out completely out of bike remove the
other side nut ask mechanic to pull it from other side so that just some thread part is in the whole than
just grease the axle or even if he pull out it is not an issue

Riding posture straight ha. Archi 150 ki tarha agay ko stretch nahi hona parta... Parts iskay akber road pa available ha magar CD 70 ki terha nahi Kay hr gali hr nukar PR available hoan..seat cover bohat hi muskil sa mila Jo Kay poori tank seat aur neechay cosmetic side items to cover karay.

One more thing ..when I get the registration slip. It shows 100 Cc. Is this mistake create any issue for me in later days. Shall I ask dealer to correct it .

Cheetah has straight riding posture and it is good one how ever yes Archi has more sporty feel given so that rider is more lean toward handle. its good to know that parts are available. Seat cove is not an issue at all you should have gotten the custom seat cover made from (poshish makers) those guys who do sofa work. these days it is trend of these seat covers only i will add my bike picture to show you.

what is written on engine if its 110cc mentioned their than you should get it corrected and main thing is company sale letter but still why not get the mistake corrected.

this is a very sensitive point which need to resolve and also publicly aware the people.
even its specs on websites is matched to 70cc motorcycle. while in same time unique 100 bore/stroke is higher.
