So here is Update :p.
I got the Genset this Sunday. A lot of thing happened during the day to cut the long story short Pana communcation disappointed me with their professionalism and they need a lot of improvement when it comes to Corporate sector.
I found SMJ More professional and with proper backup team. Pana guys gave me an impression of a some kind of shop installing gensets from city sadar road 
First the guy who did fist survey made all kind of mistakes and we had a clear dead line of completing work on Saturday which they failed bcoz the foundation pad that was for my OLD Genset did hold the new one but not only it was short, when they placed the genset it had very narrow clearance to walls. So THey said sir new Pad is needed I told them Max i can extend this work is to Sunday and no more than that if its not completed please put my old one back and pack your bag with this genset. Than Pad was made and Genset was placed on it though it was not fully dry but who care's as long as it runs this is the impression Pana gives :p.
ATS was installed and as per them they sent the best guy for wiring and he did the wiring which went ok though I didnt like the level of work but if its work its fine. In the end one of the Phase coming from Wapda to my Off stopped working and they blamed it on Wapda first than they said its a fault in our changeover so they left our office without one phase to my office. That i got fixed from a street electrition in 5 mins he diagnosed the issue in 5 mins which Pana guy didnt in 3 hours.
Genset was started and they filled the radiator with Tap water with a balti lol You know my FG Wilson genset ran on same water for 4 years? We didnt even ad one drop into it. Anyways this is communicated to them to put coolant which they say they will now lets see what coolant they send.
Genset had 2 Faulty sensors to start with. Oil and Water they both still not working though and they are disconected.
They tried to fix it today but they didnt have a tool to open the water sensor they tried with all kind of keys they had but due to small clearance they couldent so tom they say they will bring the tool required for the job hmm.
Genset Ran fine for 15 hours than it just refuse to start and fuel tank was showing quarter fuel left. Again pana guys were called in and he spend some 30 mins with it and than it started he says pump got Air hmm now how did that happend I dun kno. But he did recommend we should fill the around 400L tank of this genset to full.
Coming to quality of this genset well this model which they call Gama series only manufacturers in China and no where else so even if ordered in UK it will be coming from their China Factory.
If I compare it with FG Wilson I will say they had a much better quality and its evident.. This one gives you China feel. The battery charger Inside says KIPOR( Chinese Genset Company) the sensors are all give you chinese feeling and the Fuel and oil Filter also look kinda desi and with Lister Petter sticker on them.
Over all i am not fully satisfied and i am hoping this will not give me any trouble in future :p.
As far as load handling it did handle load pretty well and we ran around 8 Air conditioners on it and it was fine. With normal load its running on 7 KVA and its consuming around 4L to hour.
Noise its not silent at all and the engine is noisy for sure and I hope the neighbors dont complain If i compare to my Old genset which we use to use with open doors this one with closed door is around 15% more noisy 
Not giving any vibration though.
