Apparently it was a faulty grip of Cutt Off valve at the Injection Pump. Removed and cleaned with WD40 and refitted. Working fine now.

Switched to OEM wheels. Apparently the standard wheels are size 265/70/16

Hence the speedometer is showing correct speed. Have also verified from GPS speedometer.

Reason for replacing the wheels although I really loved the 80 series wheels is the offset of those wheels doesn't suit this vehicle therefore a spacer had to be inserted. I am not comfortable with spacers so I got rid of them.

Can anyone advise the correct pressure of Radiator for a 1KZ? I need to replace the radiator cap. The old one says 1.1 bar which I am unable to find new. 0.9 bar one is available. Will it matter too much if. I used 0.9bar?

A lower pressure cap would lower the boiling point of the coolant. Under normal running conditions, there shouldn't be an issue but under extremely hot or high load conditions, the likelihood of the coolant boiling would be higher.

Standard opening pressure: 93-125 kPa (0.93-1.25 Bar)
Minimum opening pressure: 59 kPa (0.59 Bar)

so in a way both works, oem is 0.9 but 1.1 would do as well

If OEM is 0.9 Bar then it's better to stick with it as 1.1 Bar would put more stress on the aging cooling system.

I am unable to find out what's OEM. Moreover, I installed a 0.9 bar cap after which coolant started overflowing from expansion tank.
