The lawyer is 100% involved and he is the**mamu** of person in possession of the car. According to his nephew he purchased this car for 5 lac 50 thousand rupees and the lawyer was the witness in the sale purchase deed.

I contacted the person in possession of the car through facebook. I asked him politely how would he like to pursue this case further since he was driving my car illegally for the past 8 yrs.
At first he wasn't replying to my messages. (messages were seen) tick was marked.
I sent him the FIR copy and MRA registration letter. (msgs were seen) but no reply.
I waited for the next day and sent his arrest warrants and told him don't say in the future that I have done you wrong as I asked politely how would you like to resolve this issue.
Suddenly he started replying to my messages.
He started inviting me to Mardan and asked me to visit and have a conversation. I told him I will visit through proper channel but how do you want to resolve this issue.
He sent me his Lawyer mamu contact information and asked me to contact him and assured me that this matter will be resolved.
So I contacted his Lawyer mamu and asked him politely. How do you want to resolve this matter? He told me that we bought this vehicle for 5 lac 50 thousand rupees and If you want you can purchase it back.
I told him that its your mistake that you did not verify the status of the vehicle before purchasing. The stolen vehicle will remain stolen even if you have acquired the documents. The FIR will remain intact and the transfer of the vehicle after it was reported stolen in 2012 was illegal and its been cancelled now.
He started arguing that I have the original documentation and If you want you can purchase this car so I told him we would see to that when the time comes.
