The road to my office is well-carpeted and allows a steady speed of 60 - 70 km/h easily. For those who know Lahore, I take Zarrar Shaheed Road, then Askari X, and then ring-road service road to my office. It's a nice road with fair traffic density.
I haven't checked the fuel quantity by measuring it, but I see the fuel level after refilling and that tells me fuel dispensing was fair. No, the engine does not show signs of over-heating.
I am also wondering how come I got such a low fuel-average. I suspect the mechanics lowered RPM but did not make the air/fuel mixture leaner than the stock ratio. Or maybe they took out some fuel for cleaning during first tuning - I did not see them taking it out. But since they do not appreciate customers standing any place near the workshop, I cannot tell for sure if they took out some fuel or not. So I am waiting for my GD to give me next fuel-average reading to be certain whether something indeed needs to be fixed.
