Your Route should be

1- Rwp To Muzaffarabad
2- Muzaffarabad to Balakot to Naran
3- Naran To Babusar To Chilas
4- Chilas to Gilgit To Hunza and Khunjerab

You will find all the common yet best attractions along this route.

I have already answered you 3rd question in first part and about safety measures I think you should consider these;
-Wear protective riding gear
-Wear Helmet
-Have working tail light
-Follow traffic rules like always overtake from right, use side mirrors, follow speed limit etc
-Keep extra fuel if possible and keep tank full.
-Don’t share exact plans with everyone. Do your homework before leaving and stick to the plan
-Travel with NIC, Bike Registration Book and Licence Always
-Avoid riding at night if you are unaware of route and travelling first time
-If camping, don’t camp near water and under rocky mountains, try to camp in open plain area
-As you are three people, while sleeping one should be on watch. No doubt north is peaceful place but I always do that while camping (tbh not always :D)
-Ask your moms for prayers before leaving
-Always give Sadqah before travelling

Asalamualaikum Brothers I am planning a bike ride on Eid June 2018. I will be leaving on Wednesday June 13 at 9PM and will travel for 5 days till Monday 18th June InshaALLAH. Yes their budget is 30k not 3k. Even if this is all the budget they have not only traveling money, still it can be managed.

Mehfil loot li apna itni detailed post karka.
Also one should be familiar with basic bike maintenance to service their bike. It have proper tools and contact of some trusted mechanic who can help via phone cam in case of emergency. I was stranded once in December my mechanic helped me resolve my issue via phone call. Otherwise no shop and insaan was on that road at that time.

Excellent piece of work.
Regarding power banks these are most one most have some good quality high capacity ower banks with him.

I have few pieces of xiaomi 20000 mah 2C original power banks pin pack.in warranty . If someone needs them they can take it for 3200. From xiaomi it's listed for 3500.

I also have lithium cells for torches of the needs them for search lights can give them dirt cheap. PM me for details.
