Instead of shades why not invest in double pane windows. They are good insulators and will keep the noise and heat out.
For the basement, I would suggest wire mesh covering. If you leave it open, you will have problems keeping insects and frogs away from the basement especially in the rainy season. The mesh covering will keep the basement ventilated while at the same time keeping insects out. A overhanging cover to prevent rain water from coming down in the basement is suggested but not necessary, if you have made adequate arrangements for drainage in the basement. What is the location of the basement sewage tank? In my house we have two borewells 100 feet deep on both ends of the basement for rain water drainage. In addition to that we have a sewage tank for drainage from bathroom. A sewage pump is installed in the drain to pump out the sewage automatically when the tank becomes full.
For bathrooms located on floors above, adequate water proofing is necessary to prevent seepage from appearing on the floor below, Special care must be taken, especially in the shower area. Use shower cabins or tubs or shower pans instead of plain tile in shower area.
Install water filter on the main water line. It will save your toilet flushes from clogging up with sand and debris coming from the main water supply.
I don't see provision for underground water tank in the plan
For security reasons, I would not recommend keeping rear exits in the 2 rear bedrooms on the ground floor.
The spiral staircase... it would have been better to keep this at the back on the house.
A ducted ventilation system is recommended. It will help in ensuring good ventilation
