budday. despite the fact i don't like it's rear lights, m glad they're changed the reflector like those on Japanese 2005 type models. the front has definitely gotten a mean look.

true, btw as far as i think, the rear lights are more like the previus City, rather then the new Cultus, So they wud look gud in real

Are you sure FF CNG kit in Cultus is sequential one?
Because I have heard that this kit is very expensive.

Not sure about Cultus, but its atleast a lamda as its controled by it own CNG ECU

Expected launch date is 23rd March for Altis 1.6 and GLI facelift will be available hopefully in 1st week of April according to my info.

well even in europe n uk diesel is more expensive than petrol but still it sell like a hot cake coz these new diesel engine got better fuel average compare to petrol engine....1.4 D4D can give u 18km/l while 2.0D give u 11 or 12km/l....only one we have prob is our diesel is not gud quality compare to other countries

I think Pakistani & Indian diesel is same in quality, although Pakistani diesel is overpriced So if it's true, then why 1.4 d4d is sucessful in India?

Well talking about the diesel varient, it'd remain available in 2.0D version I suppose. They are making very few 2.0D cars.

Last week I spotted a 2.0D Saloon (with sunroof) near Blue area. It was in silver color with ICT-SU number plate

Also one on Isb-expy, in cherry red metallic, Punjab-LE-11 number plate.

2.0D is low in sale, but not completely stopped!

Speed lovers get 1.8 petrol, while Power lover still prefer 2.0D

i myself have 2.0D saloon n yes it doesnt like sell like it used to...i see altis more than 2.0d here n now toyota indus is replacing altis engine to 1.6 if they can change tht then why not they change 2.0d engine to 1.4 d4d engine...they know this 1.4 d4d diesel engine is far more better than two decade old 2c engine n its already successful in India n Europe...btw i dont think our diesel n Indian diesel is same coz they got Euro 4 standard in some city n euro 3 standard in all over India....while our standard is still euro 1

p.s i hope they (toyota indus) read this thread!!

one more thing in India diesel is cheaper than petrol n plus they have a lot of diesel car in competition....btw 21km/l is highway average n 18km/l is inside city
