Okay, suspension updates......

Suspension is out for inspection, it will be washed off completely, looked up for any loose/broken/bad bushes and those will be replaced, so far, everything seems fine, only arm bushes and ball joints need to be replaced, so we will get those tomorrow new from market.

As per Diagram The Rear O2 Sensor Have 4 wires........!!!

And The Front One Have 3............!!

In Above...You Can Clearly See

Pin 63 IS Signal From O2....

+12v Is provided From 10A Fused IGN

One wire Is Grounded And Other Is Going Into ECU...That Might Be Heater Ground Controlling Heater From ECU....!!

Btw......This One Is Imp But Less Than 1st One....

Its Just For Double Verification That Front Sensors Are working And Adjusting Fuel Correctly

The Front Sensors Respond Faster Than That Of Rear Ones......!!!

ECU Responds Directly To Front Ones Where As Not To 2nd...Its Mentioned There Also As Its Not Operational Under Normal Conditions

the post cat sensor only monitors the cat efficiency. Its not used in normal driving and neither will the ECU limp if the P0240 is set in the ECU, both sensors are the same function, one reads raw engine exhaust, one reads converted exhaust.

We light up the flame and put the sensor above it ??? what next ?

place multimeter across sensor terminals

take out ciggie lighter and light a ciggie - puff a few times, now throw it away (you just killed yourself a bit)
use the ciggie lighter flame as to slightly touch the perforated end with the cone of the flame
the sensor when heated up and in area of the cone flame should produce about 1V and should go to zero as soon as the ciggie lighter flame is removed.

Your front O2 sensor is different then the JDM one. Show me the grip as well. That will confirm. And try to find out the same part number as the one fitted before the cat. I think they are same. Also ask Abid autos for how much they can provide the sensor with part number i mentioned earlier. Thanks.

Maharaj, swami jee, Jai ho aap kee, show me the grrip of the sensor installed on the engine. This i have seen already that is why i am saying that it can be different from JDM single O2 version.

The grip is not vissible. Anyway they should be same. If they are not then finding the correct one can be a pain. Best of luck with that.
