Alright, I guess we are 90 % done with the whole thing. Mr. Atta most graciously offered his services on Saturday to rectify the wiring and get the ECU hooked up to the scanner.
Turns out that there were no damn EFI relays installed :s! and Ameer Sb had totally messed up the internal wiring
Two codes came up: P0110 and one for the O2 sensor (which shows a straight lined graph on idle and goes all sine upon accelerating 1k RPM plus).
The MAF sensor is 3 wired so I need to get it replaced with a 4-wired one as the ECU expects the temp input (which is not present and is coming out to be -44 on the scanner).
The MEC11-XY ECU was that of Nissan Tino 2008 QG18DE.
Next job is to get the required MAF and O2 sensors and plug the ECU into a Consult-II.
