Lucky Bro, since you have bought a second had car, do the following if not done:
1) Replace coolant.
2) Replace transmission oil (only from Toyota 3S)
3) Get the brakes checked.(front and rear both) / replace brake pads ( front if required)
4) Check Engine mountings.
5) Replace air filter
6) Replace or clean cabin filter ( some call it A/C filter)
7) Check drive shaft boots ( called Godda rubber by mechanics)
8) Get wheel balancing done.
9) Get wheel alignment done
10) Replace Brake Fluid
11) Replace Sparks plug if required. Do not clean and re-install.
12) Replace the PCV valve.
Do the above and report back. Then I shall tell you next what to do for acceleration and improvements on fuel consumption.
Note: Do not let any one touch the throttle body, if RPM is stable and OK at idle.
