1. Coolant? If so, what is the best coolant for vitz?2. Transmission oil....best one for vitz.3. Engine oil....best one for vitz. 5w30 is perfect?4. Brake oil....best one for vitz...5. Battery...AGS or Excide MF.

1: Get the cooling system flushed properly and use Toyota LLC coolant it is a bit expensive though but you will have peace of mind for atleast 3-4 year's.. (i bought it sometime back it was 2400/-RS for 4 liter's pre-diluted)
2: Use the recommended one in the manual any company fluid will work as long as it meets or exceeds the requirements of the transmission.
3: 5W-30 would be the best get either Asin, Shell, Total...
4: I think the recommended one is DOT-3 use Sikkens OR Liquimoly brake fluid.
5: Get maintainance free battery only if you are able to get your hand's on a fresh piece shouldn't be older than 3 month's otherwise get AGS OR Atlas Hybrid battery..

1. Do flush the whole radiator coolant. I can not give some specific name. Do visit the market and ask shopkeepers regarding the best brand for engine coolant, specifically Toyota Vitz, 2008 model, 70,000+ kms driven. They will guide you best and give you the right option.
2. I think Vitz uses ATF (for Automatic transmission, not CVT). Use made in Japan genuine Toyota transmission oil. It will have Japanese written all around the cans. It will be a bit expensive but surely is the best and will give 40,000+ kms for single change. I think 4L of oil will be used.
3. Use SUSTINA 5W30 SN/RC Eneos engine oil http://www.eneos.pk/sustina-5w30-snrc/ with genuine oil filter. Trust me and its my personal experience, its the best and much better than Zic. You will get it from good Attock petrol pumps. In fact, you should buy this from Attock pumps only! You will not be required to change oil for approx. 8000-9000 kms. Do not use 300-500 PKR oil filter. It will deteriorate after 2500-4000 kms (Oil will be intact). Use the filter amounting 1000-1100 PKR. It will last 8000-9000 kms.
4. Use genuine Liqui moly brake oil, matching OEM specifications
5. I think AGS battery is Good, otherwise any Japanese battery will serve the purpose.
(Aajkal competition ka dour hai. Profit margins are neck to neck. Maari cheezain koi b nai bnata )
If one is lucky enough to get a genuine product (be it from abc company or xyz brand), his purpose will be peacefully served

Somethings i forgot to mention:
1. You will be required engine oil slightly more than 3L (with oil filter change). If the shopkeeper insists for 3L, do not listen to him. Exact amount with filter change is about 3150-3250 ml. If engine oil is very very slightly more, then no problem, otherwise, it must never and shouldn't be less.
2. Do get the tyres checked. If required, replace them.
3. Do check wheels balancing and alignment.
4. Replace all filters and fluids.
5. Get brakes serviced and if required, replace the brakes pads.
6. Get your vehicle scanned through computer.
7. Check Catalytic Converter. If chocked, get it cleaned / serviced.
8. Go get engine tuning with throttle body service.
7. Check AC.
8. Check wheel bearing.

Toyota Dealerships are Good but very costly and expensive. I won't recommend going there.
There are many good mechanics in The twin cities, I would recommend you to go there instead. In fact I can also refer to one, if you want. I myself go there for periodic preventive maintenance.

according to user manual recommendation is Toyota suoer LLC 4.7 L. I will try to find in Karachi

i have a mechanic and he has scanner. So i will get the car checked as soon as i get a space from my work load bcz i past few days i was spend lot of time in searching cars and visiting to see them.
AC is working properly...in a good condition.
tyre conditions are good too and mechanic says if i run 1500 kms per month then i would need to replace in six months In Sha Allah.

following things are decided to change in a coming week In Sha Allah.
Brake Oil Seikem Dot3 Rs280/-
Transmission Oil Genuine Rs4000/- (Mechanic says he will check and if necessary will change othrewise no need...)
Engine Oil LiquiMolly 5W30 Rs3800/- 4 ltr - mechanic says right now no need to change but i insist to change it.
Coolant - Caltex 4 Ltr prediluted Rs2400/- (toyota genuine is around 1600 per litr)
Air Filter - Nippon Rs350/-
Oil Filter - Genuine Rs700/- (Japanese Rs500/-)
Spark Plugs - Denso Rs950/- each Total Rs2850/- (if required).
all above changes to be done by my mechanic. my friend who owns IST says tunning should be done by Toyota 3S.what do you think?

Some tips bro,

1)Ensure that all old brake fluid is flushed out.
2)If it is Vitz, then see if your model required CVT. Change interval depends on mileage. See if it is due. Generally, CVT is replaced at 40,000 KM.
3) Spark plugs are replaced, not cleaned and re-used. So replace.

There is no such thing as Tunning of these cars.

Don’t touch throttle body until required. It’s required to be cleaned only when there is rough idle speed or idle speed dropping below the set rpm due to throttle body.

Wa Alaikum Salam Bro.
1. For Brake Fluid, I would recommend to go for liqui moly instead.
I think, you should go for DOT 4 instead of 3.
2. Bro, if transmission oil has never been replaced in these 70,000 kms, it is very strongly recommended to change it now! Normal span is 40,000 kms, it has already covered 75% more than its limit.
3. Use OEM recommended plugs. Do not change its specs.
4. If you will be using 5w30 and from liqui moly, then stick to liqui moly and 5w30. Buy genuine engine oil. Do not switch between different brands and grades of oil.
5. You can get your vehicle tuned from any good garage / workshop. I would not recommend Toyota dealerships. They are extremely expensive. Well, if you can afford, then you may surely go there.

Engine Tuning is a general term in which plugs in particular and engine in general along with throttle body is thoroughly checked and inspected for any anomalies. As per my info, only engine is the part of vehicle which is tuned.
