1. For Brake Fluid, I would recommend to go for liqui moly instead. yes liquimolly is good
I think, you should go for DOT 4 instead of 3.
2. Bro, if transmission oil has never been replaced in these 70,000 kms, it is very strongly recommended to change it now! Normal span is 40,000 kms, it has already covered 75% more than its limit. i dont have service history of the car. So i think i must change this fluid.
3. Use OEM recommended plugs. Do not change its specs. please suggest which one are the best
4. If you will be using 5w30 and from liqui moly, then stick to liqui moly and 5w30. Buy genuine engine oil. Do not switch between different brands and grades of oil. 5w30 is fixed as per user manual. Genuine oil i will check with toyota 3s
5. You can get your vehicle tuned from any good garage / workshop. I would not recommend Toyota dealerships. my friend as i said just tuned his car from toyota and tney charged rs1800/- They are extremely expensive. Well, if you can afford, then you may surely go there.

With new vehicles in place (fuel injection system) its preventive maintenance as per odo meter reading which involves checks, cleaning and replacement.

But with older engines having carburetors, the engines were tuned for fuel mixture adjustment through exhaust gas analysis, tappet adjustments etc.

Denso / Ngk are good for plugs. But as far as exact no. Is concerned, I do not know regarding it, since, I haven't got them replaced yet. You can Google for their exact model no. Otherwise visit the shop and ask for OEM spark plugs for 2008 Vitz. They will give you the plugs.
I fear Toyota 3S may have their own 5w30 instead of liquimolly. I wouldn't recommend Toyota genuine engine oil over liquimolly.
Yes 1800 RS. Is quite reasonable. Complete engine tuning along with throttle body service is charged almost 1800-1900 Pkr. So the charges seem quite reasonable.

Plugs can last for 80-100,000 kms depending on conditions, however, since you never know how the previous owner(s) have driven the car, so better to get them replaced. It will only be beneficial, not harmful.
Similarly, if transmission fluid and engine oil had been replaced timely and recently, then no need for their before time replacement. However, if not, then their replacement is a must!

Visted toyota 3s. Their parts prices are exhorbitant.
engine oil they insis 20w50 bcz of old engine rs1700/- 4ltr
oil filter rs1600
air filter rs3550
brake oil rs750
transmission oil rs6000 4L
coolant rs2900 4L
spark plugs rs3100 each.

Avoid 3s then
Use 10W-40 oil at max and see for any oil consumption if it doesn't consume much (minor consumption is normal for these engine's) then next time you can shift to 5W-30.. Much better than 20W-50 and don't listen to that old engine crap use this grade only if engine is consuming too much oil.
Buy oil filter of VIC it's for about 500-600/-RS and work's fine for 10k km's.
Airfilter buy either Guard OR Leppon and change it every 5k km's would be much cheaper and will work fine.
Brake oil even Liquimoly brake oil is cheaper than this it costs like 400/-RS for 250ml. But i don't know the quantity of Toyota brake oil pack so that might justify it's price if it's a bigger packing.
Can't say anything about transmission oil.
I bought Toyota LLC 4L coolant from market for 2400/-RS.
You can buy either Caltex coolant and dilute it with distilled water that was 600/-RS a liter for concentrate when i asked around about 3 month's back and use it for 4-5 year's.
OR
Buy ZIC coolant pre diluted 4L for 1600/-RS i guess and use that 2 year's.
From market you can get orignal spark plugs for 1000-1200/-RS each.
