Forget 250K. If price is changed, new cost would depend on significant amount saved via reduction in duty and some added cost of assembly line. However, if parts are just assembled and not manufactured here, don't expect significant price reduction like new price being 250K.
The major benefit of price reduction on new unit is reduction in price of used bikes making them more affordable but that will be at the expense of existing customers.
Local assembly makes me fear two things:
1 - Pak Suzuki will strip features to bring down cost. Just look at GS150.
2 - Pak Suzuki will compromise on quality and QC as they nearly always do in both bikes and cars.
Do you know if local assembly will only be for the Aegis/JP variant or the plain vanilla variant too?
