It is not wise to switch from synthetic to mineral or higher viscosity. I was also on total 5w30 but when 5w30 fully synthetic was made available in caltex havoline, i gave it a try and found it better than total 5w30. I would recommend u to try havoline 5w30 fully synthetic api sn plus

You can try idemitsu fully synthetic 5w30. Currently honda and suzuki oils are being supplied by idemitsu amd blended by total. (you can read on bottle) I have the islamabad/rwp region distribution
I get my oil changed every 7500km or 6 months of my honda civic rebirth, no issues so far.
