Once a dispute is opened, sellers usually ask to cancel it and settle matters peacefully.
Should dispute be closed or kept open while negotiations with seller?
Seller asked me to cancel it, and said it's company policy to close dispute first and then we'll settle issues, so i closed and then he stopped communicating all of a sudden for many days.
I buy very limited stuff that too the stuff usually not available locally, so I don't know much about disputes etc, because never had to open one in limited orders.
