did you find any difference in body and bumper color? as i was initially booking the car in silver than changed it to grey as in all dealers who have car in silver the body and bumper color mismatched a little bit. Please share some picture in daylight of your car.

Transmissions arent meant to stop cars from rolling so dont park uphill or downhill. Because it is not rare for transmissions to give away and your car would roll.
Use parking/ hand brakes or else keep a brick in your car that you can place under your wheel.

Salam.

Took car to peer sohawa today. It was raining. The car has no problem climbing whatsoever. Car had two occupanta just me and my better half.

Climbed just like new cultus though i used manual mode as auto mode was acting oversmart.

It was shifting gear itself and thinking i dont need power. Manual mode is the way to go. I never understand my 1.6 altis either in the mountains. Auto trannys are the worst when driving in tbe mountains.

This brings me to a question, what about the sports mode or B mode in some auto transmissions, how are they when we are driving uphill?
Plus my Civic X has an L mode as well, what does that do?
Lastly, if i need to switch between D and S mode while driving, do i need to press the brake or should i just change the lever position?

Sports mode = S = keeps ur rpms higher than normal to get good acc

Brake mode (engine brake) = B = L = first gear/ratio only

Well i thought B was for bridge mode as in going on hills ir uphill the gear ratios wont go beyond 2 or 3rd...
Sports mode is understandable, where in performance cars the ground clearance lowers and suspensions and steering stiffens and engine revs higher than usual to get more acceleration...
But i couldnt get my head around L mode still...

B and L is same, B means engine breaking by keeping gear ratio on the lower side , L is directly saying that it is low ratio setting of gear box implying that it will use engine breaking as it will not allow gear to change while in a descend.

Different terms used by different manufacturers

Breaking as in that break in period which new engines usually need or that break which you use to stop the car?
