Preferred oil should be fully synthetic 0w20. Otherwise not thicker than 5w30 that too fully synthetic
Yes, I am using Caltex 0W20 for my wagonR but somehow im not convinced to use 0W20 for the Alto. il probably go for 5W-40 Caltex or 5W-30 Shell. in normal conditions Caltex black box red cap 10W-30 is also good (sasta and tikao)
suzuki japan made manufactured the engine and they recommended the 0w20 for it. There is nothing much to be convinced about
Thanks. Switched to 530. Now no going back In Sha Allah. Not comfortable with 020 for Khi specially when the car with AC is kept idling in hot summer for 15 to 20 minutes. Slow traffic, driving in congested markets. This is the home rickshaw..

Ever wondered why does the Pakistani alto has a air went on the bumper/Grill while the Japanese ones do not? Probably because the Pakistani looks much more prettier with that vent and its useless.
What has the different air vent in the bumper grill to do with the engine oil? Its because pkdm version has shorter air intake (maybe due to cost cutting). Otherwise, the major factor that determines the engine oil is the engine tolerances, not the ambient temperature, not the bumper grill design or anything else.
if using 0w20 in hot summer was an issue then why would this oil be recommended in the gulf countries? Why does honda recommends its usage in its turbo charged civic`s engine? Turbo engines produce much more heat than naturally aspirated ones and considering the impact of ambient temperature in their case is just out of question
This decrease in average is due to ac fan at high speed 3. If feel chill on ac. Low cooling and u can increase fan speed to reach good ambient temp of cabin.

Yes dear... at high speed of Fan... it take more time reach triping temperature...So more fuel comsumption..

Hey guys, I need your valuable advice, someone(I don't know who it was) hitted my new Alto while it was parked in a street, at pillar of driver side back door. As you can see it in pics. There are two dents, one is very sharp and other one is minor, but still paint has been removed from both spot. Please suggest what should I do, please suggest good denter painter or workshop in Lahore.
There are many psychos in this world who do such things, i dont know what they get by doing it. Anyways i would suggest try to do dry denting and avoid paint work. Take it to somebody good in dry denting and ask for his opinion and then decide.You can also use qalam to repair the paint as i guess silver is easy to match in qalam
Just use some touchup paint to cover the area where paint is removed. Rest leave it as it is this area is mostly unfixable.
Else try using glue stick. Heating it, putting it on the dent and pull it out once dry maybe it will pull out the dent.
I doubt dry denting at this place is possible. Usually dry denting takes place on doors, fenders, bonnet and trunk but never seen on this part because it may require removing the inner upholstery though i might be wrong.On another note there are DYI tools available from market these days to remove dents like these.
