dear bro's who is interested in CSS or preparing for it or have been trying it so far.

Did anyone tried it before.

post ur experiences comments , views thoughts , and if someone is interested then its lovely we should discuss pros and cons here.

i am getting ready and burning midnight oils to appear in the 2008 exams.

Comment: I think that if a person does I.Com first and then B.Com and then when he does CSS He can do it easily. Because he will have basic concepts and a strong base. But if a person from F.Sc tries out CSS He can also do but he has to do more hard work. Yes its a very good and in demand subject. My cousin is doing CSS and he says he has to study 6 hours a day on his own.

i prepared but my degree was not recognised by hec so didnt sit for any exam bad luck.

Ill be appearing for CSS in 2009 inshAllah. Ill start preparations when my MBA finishes in july 2008. A couple of my cousins have appeared for CSS in the past and my father has also cleared CSS (and joined FIA). If you have any questions or need any help let me know

you cant do CSS after FSc. Bachelors is minimum requirement. There is also a minimum age requirement which I guess is 21. And btw its better if you have done FSc instead of I.Com because of various subjects one of them being Everyday science.

at that time it was not recognised and dont know about now.

every thing seems like comfortable but when you get into it you even forget how to s**t. when every you come to field then you will come to know so just stick what are you doing without any regrets, unfortunately i didnt sticked to that waht i want to be ( its illegal).

i am an engineer by profession and i have also been looking forward to join the DMG , POLICE or Foriegn Service of Pakistan.

doing your CSS is a great idea, but don't expect to do much more than wipe your backside with it if you intend on joining the Govt and doing something FOR the people.
