Parts needed for Nissan Sunny 1989 after Engine Swap

AOA,

I have just swapped the Engine (E10 to QG15) with manual gear in Nissan Sunny 1989. E10 was giving very poor Fuel Average, 105 max speed,etc. I have advised by some senior pakwheelers to come Rawalpindi and get the swap done there but unfortunately i could not do so. My electrician has convinced me to swap the engine in Faisalabad and i did. Some issues need to be fixed after the Engine Swapped. Please advise.

1. Fuel Tank

Previous owner fixed permanently fuel tank with welding. As tank cannot be removed easily from vehicle so Mechanics/ Electrician pull the Fuel Gauge and placed fuel pump in there. Now Fuel gauge is not working. Can i place fuel pump & gauge in same area? How? Any other idea?

1. Air Cleaner Pipe

Need air cleaner pipe which was not available with engine. From where i can arrange this? Price?

1. RPM meter

Dash meter has not RPM meter in it. Shall i replace the dash meter or place a custom RPM meter on dash?

First of all, its not QG's original gear, its GA gear.

Second, you have to get the air cleaner box for proper engine function, it will cost you around 7-8k complete.

Third, you will have to replace your fuel tank to B14 one for a stable performance from fuel pump and fuel gauge.

Fourth, you need to put in some other meter to work properly with this engine's ECU as you will need to give VSS input from meter, which ECU requires.

In Peshawar it costs upto Rs. 2500 to Rs. 3500 depends on condition and it is always available.

Secondly pipe costs 800-1000 from rawalpindi and complete air cleaner with box and pipe is for 4k.

Moving to the next issue.
You don't need to change to b14 tank. The fuel pump and gauge can hook up. I've done this thing on my b11 1985 too. It gives me a stable functionality of fuel pump and never moves inside.

What's the position of engine, is it in start condition?

And yes fuel gauge with reserve sensor is available in rawalpindi kayani autos for 1850 rs.

Plus rpm meter outside the dashboard seems weird. So it's not advised. Hook up this meter which qamarahmad.awan has shown you.

Any meter as per fitting can be installed in ur car.

Yes Engine is in start condition. Today i'll hook up the pump & gauge and lets see the results.

This is B12 fuel guage and easily available but in QG you dont need this. Did you cut the tanki for fuel pump or not yet ?

Ok then dnt do it, or else you will be in big trouble. Get a Walbro fuel pump for your QG and fit it inside engine cabin.

Nice to see photo of my Nissan's Air Cleaner Box here (H).

And as @star2 knows, my fuel tank is probably not from Nissan in the first place. The fuel pump and fuel gauge combination works from fuel tank side (though I'm having connectivity problem in dashboard). Fuel pump is supposed to be from Corolla Gli)

Another user got engine swapped from Faisalabad, and couldn't get that air cleaner pipe from there. Strange things in Fsd

i had also swaped qg15 from Faisalabad and 6 months ago my pipe was broken and i got that pipe from fsd for 1500
i am having old pipe which is little damaged if u need let me know and pick from me..this pipe is having a sound bottle also which is not there u also need that.
qg15 air cleaner box is not available in here so i got cd17 air cleaner box its is for 2000 but not suggested.
