Passo 2016 Fuel Average

I have recently purchased new passo 2016, yesterday morning i filled up the tank when the last point were remaining, and after driving 150km still the fuel level remains the same, whereas the average in odo meter shows 13.2km/l and remaining distance is 365.

Did you reset Trip A, Trip B, etc. and fuel efficiency figures?

Usually, as I experienced in my last ride Passo, first point falls when you travel for ~100 -120 Kms (depending) or may be even some more Kms, and fuel has been filled up to fuel tank lid / cap level, i.e. fuel tank is almost 100% full.

Please check these too, and I think, no need to worry.

Yup i reset it,
May be its possible that i filled upto the lid coz 28 liters were added more in existing.
There’s a option in odo meter where the remaining km that can be done in the remaining fuel

Are you sure, it is that? i.e. it shows remaining Kms which can be covered in that fuel?

usually this happens when we fill to top
1st point will take some time to drop
and regarding range and average figure change, yes it changes according to your driving patterns it may increase or decrease
and it happens in almost all cars
there is nothing to worry

currently all hatchbacks have same sort of information cluster, even cultus 2017-19 has same
ODO, Range, Trip A/B, Average, and Live/current Average
and some other settings which may vary from car to car..

Assalam o Alaikum brother, I have same car, my first point of fuel gauge drops at 210Kms on long route and 160-170 on local routes. I always rest Trip A and average knob after every refill...

My car is giving 19-22kms/Ltr on long and 16-18.5kms/Ltr on local routes.

I always use Hascol, Byco or Attock pumps, normal Ron 92 and am happy with it.

Total mileage is 13000Kms (geniune).

I recently changed engine oil for the first time to Totachi 5-30w everything was good, good milage , good acceleration and smooth engine but today will driving on ring road it was getting harder to cross 100 have tried 2 3 times but cant

It happened with digital fuel points of my Belta and Vitz too. Basically the first point takes time to drop because of the pressure in fuel tank. (And that's a good thing). And similarly the last few points will drop quickly. Nothing to worry about.

The same issue has happened with my Toyota Belta 130cc when I have switched to 5w30 recently from 10w40. I believe 5w30 is not good in summers. Kindly please keep uotading the status of your car as you do something about it. Thanks

Its normal brother.. sometimes my Passo behaves the same... it becomes very sluggish but it is its own system... what i normally do, if happen, i park the car for good 3 - 5 minutes, smoke a cigarette and then continue. everything gets better.
Also do not push allow the car to come out of sluggish mode.

this isn't normal, there is something properly wrong, get your sensors checked, it could be something overheating and not performing properly, it will surely get worst if not dealt with

I have Toyota Passo Moda S 2016 model, I have fuel economy issue with my car. It gives me 13 kmpl at maximum during city drive while at motorways, it gives me almost 18 to 19 kmpl. How can, I improve my car's fuel economy in city driving?

change your driving habits, try taking the longer route instead of the congested shorter route. Avoid accelerating and braking suddenly. which city are you in?
