got my cat serviced, changed the enging oil with flushing it, air filter, oil filter, fuel filter cleaned, throttle body serviced, injector cleaned. still it stalls with ac on.
serious help is needed.

Ac condenser aur compressor check karwao apnaa.. Agar Catalytic ka masla hota toh without ac bhii apko pataa lagta pick nahii..

Assalam O Alikom everyone. I recently bought a Toyota Passo 2004 Model 1300 CC engine. I did all the tuning job etc but the problem is that in the morning, my car when reaches 60 or above Km/h , it suddenly jerks and displays OD check light. When i restart it it disappears. Can anyone help with this issue as the car is giving decent consumption of around 12 in the local traffic with Ac on.

Dear i have Passo 2008 model & i am facing the same issue when i switched on AC. Car engine takes much load & pick of car drastically drop down. I have get it checked from Car AC mechanic & he said your compressor is weak. Also, Passo has manufacturing fault of bad AC system. So replace it with Terious kid compressor for better cooling. Plz tell me is your problem resolved. I live in karachi so plz suggest me any good japanese car AC mechanic in karachi.

If your ac is working fine (cooling properly) then there is no issue with ac. Forget this mechanic and get catalytic converter cleaning only.

I think Terios has same compressor as Passo. Please verify.

Also please share your experience if u have already done the repair.

This issue of acceleration loss when AC on is due to engine is weak and it needs replacement.. As all the engne have average life so average life of ur engine has ended.. The engine does not have the power to pull the car when ac is on
Either swap the engine or rebuild it

I had the same issue. When I turned on the AC, it felt like 10 tons of weight had been placed on the car. Then I went to an expert electrician and got all the wiring fixed. Any bypassed or altered wires were restored to their original setup. Now, with the AC on, the car doesn’t even feel the difference. passo 2005
