Just checked the phone info and it's showing the exact same thing i.e kenya, AFR etc

Let's start once again using pak rom. @roms please correct me where I do wrong.

Step 1.
Go to recovery mode. Perform factory reset and then clear cache.

Step 2.
Turn on the phone and enable USB debugging. Factory reset turns off usb debugging.

Step 3.
Make sure usb drivers for your phone are installed on your computer.

Step 4.
Turn off phone, wait for 1 minute, remove battery for 1 minute, remove sims, memory card and then put battery back.

Step 5.
Connect usb cable and go to download mode.

Step 6.
Open Odin 3.09.

Step 7.
Untick 'auto reboot' and tick AP and select firmware file.

Step 8.
Don't go any further. Folow upto step 7 now and post Odin screenshot here.

Oh and BTW, I talked to a guy who works at my dad's office and he by profession is a software engineer.
He just told me to send the phone tomorrow to him VIA dad, he'll try to fix it and if he fails to fix it, he'll take it to market.
I think it's all happening due to the imei mismatch. Haven't told my dad about it, he's gonna kill me as it's not even my phone! Belongs to my mom!
I hope the guy fixes it or someone at market fixes it!

Now I just want to ask one thing, will any shop guy would be able to restore the original IMEI back and fix the "Not registered on Network" Issue?

Yes. Just flashing the appropriate modem will cure it. I guess the csc, modem is missing in the firmware tar.md5

Dont worry, it will be fine. Downgrade it yourself. It should fix the issue. Read and follow post 512 carefully.

Shopkeepers try downgrading it to stock, that usually fixes the issue. If that doesn't help, service centres can fix it. Btw they use Odin mostly :p.

You were adviced to show us fail status screenshot. If it fails as soon as you click start, your device is not connected to computer properly. Flashing is easiest, provided you are following steps correctly, which you are not.

No its not hard, but it takes hit and trials. Market rate for this simple flashing is 500-800rs.

Odin failed because you forgot to enable usb debugging after factory reset.

Before clicking start in odin. Make sure 'added' is written in the message box and the light blue highlighted box '0:[COM8]' is there.

If you can't see these two things, then either usb debugging is not enabled, usb drivers missing or USB connection is poor.

It did said added.
It says "FAIL" after like 5-6 seconds of start.
Whenever I tried to flash the 4.3 or any other rom(except for KSA and PAK) it said failed, but whenever I tried to flash these two KSA and PAK roms, it works!
Any ways, dad took the phone in the morning.
