I used AdAway for phone and on all pc's at home. Best way to remove ad is to block them in host file.

Search and download your 5.0.1 from sammobile.com and follow the Instructions. Or let us k ow here we will guide you from there on

1- Take out battery for a minute and put it back.

2- Clear cache from recovery.

If 1 & 2 doesn't help.

3- try booting via safe mode (post 523).

CWM recovery doesn't detect phone memory, it detects microsd card only.

i restored it to all stock using odin. now going to root again. i think something went wrong due to a bad battery, i have a new battery now

Ohh yes yes.

They are much better optimised than previous versions. BOD2 has a higher changelist number but no changelog available at this point of time. I am on BOD2 base because of it.

Modem & Baseband update is required. You can get the files from Alexndr'

Forget about different CSC, uninstall carrier specific apps which show up, Just flash these from odin on top of your current BOC5 and do add the BL and CP along with AP while flashing.

Knox will remain 0x0 (Y)

I was thinking to install it with normal procedure AP rest unchecked. Click start and wait for about 5 to 10 minutes.
