Recently got OTA update for P8 lite from 5.0 (B130) to 5.0.1 (B160)!!!!!!!!! It seems Huawei Mobiles are lazy in terms of releasing new updates!!!

Yeah, the roll out has begun, so a little patience is good. These Android 5+ phones with FRP lock are not very odin friendly, a little bit of wrong doing results in serious bricks.

Wouldn't recommend flashing it.
First build, could have bugs as well.
Note 5/S6 edge+ Marshmallow ROM was never released on public beta.
Only S6 & S6 Edge.
Cambodia isn't great with updates, surprised Samsung gave them the update first.

Wait for UAE (XSG) CSC to get it, since that includes the CSC for Pakistan as well.

Normally Samsung tests first build on Finland but I think this time the testing field was Cambodia.

It wasn't Finland this time because Note 5 was never launched in Europe / Scandinavian countries.

OTAs make the phone slow and leave old files from the previous OS after updating.
Flash the entire MM ROM, do a full factory reset (through recovery) and enjoy a fresh device with zero lag.

OTA with cache clear from boot screen is good as fresh update.

That doesn't wipe /system or /data so there will be conflicting files of LP (5.1.1) and MM (6.0.1), you may encounter a few system related FCs and random freezes.
At least from my experience that's what happens.

Factory reset after a major OTA or entire ROM flash is always recommended for optimal performance.
