I have got a 97 LC80 with 1HD-FT with manual transmission and this is the fuel average I am getting in City with AC al hamd o lillah

In addition my truck has got a lift kit, bullbar and 33in tyres

98.6 x 1.61 x 1.06 = 168 kms in city with AC

168 kms / 18 litres = 9.35 km / l al hamd o lillah

I've asked a few guys sellings their diesel cruisers, they are of the opinion of 8 to 10 city and upto 12 on highway ? I'm just trying figure out, if any of the diesel engine of the 80 series, has the capability to give something along the above mentioned mileage.
